I made an appointment for both my daughter and me, each for an hour. As soon as I got to the garage, they took my car back immediately, and it took just under an hour --no fuss, no muss. I had a problem, though. The night before my daughter slid off a slippery road and damaged her front passenger-side tire, she could not drive the car. I explained this to them, and won't lie, I was expecting them to say it would take at least some time to get it in and fixed.
