The dealer charges a 4% credit card fee and $100/hour for labor. But as the above examples illustrate, my concern is not about the de jure hourly rate, just the basis on which they were applied. If you're not price sensitive--and this is the only auto dealer that I believe is currently operating in Jeffersonville--I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer even if you are an easy mark. Made another appointment and when we took it in....another tech said no problem...so here we are months later after they insisted they needed to replace the brakes and still stuck with the same mess.
