He took it to the local place that's known for tires, but that I had issues with in the past. The next day, the tire was flat again. Later that day, he took it back to see if they could fix it. Within 3 hours the tire was already down to 16 PSI. This morning it was completely flat again. Today, we took it to Bournes. Within 1 minute of arriving, the leak was found and shown to us, and we got to watch them fix it. Cheaper (cost not quality) repair than the "repair" from the other shop, and faster...and paid for by the other shops dime. In addition, I had them take a look at something rattling on my car. They fixed it for free because it was just a few screws needed to tighten the heat shield back in place. Definitely will return for any future servicing needs.

I dropped my car off for an oil change around noon and they said it would be ready in a half hour. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I told them to take their time and left my car for the afternoon. A little before 4pm they called to tell me my car was ready, but they were closing at 4 that day. Uh-oh. But since the Shell station on the corner is Bourne's as well, they told me they'd leave my car there and I could pay for it there also. Cool. Walked down there around 5pm and my car was waiting, with the doors locked. Good. I paid, a reasonable amount for an oil change. Some places are a rip-off, but not here. And when I got in my car, the steering wheel wasn't all dirty and grimy from dirty hands. Bonus! I hate having my car serviced and the steering wheel all grimy when done. That's the worst. Also, when I dropped my car off, the guys were just what I was expecting... dirty coveralls, beards, dirty hands from working on cars. Good stuff. I'll try Bourne's for other auto repairs when necessary. It's good to have another repair place within walking distance of Morrisville.

I inflated the punctured tire and was there in under 4 minutes, left my vehicle off and walked back home. They had my tired repaired an hour later and I picked up my vehicle. I was truly impressed in how I was a walk-in with no appointment, yet, they squeezed me in on very short notice and I was on my way in short time! When shopping for new 4 new tires in Fall 2025, I certainly wanted to get a quote from them and it was very competitive to anyone else around. They don't offer free puncture repair or free rotation, but, that wasn't a critical requirement and I also felt I owed a local/Vermont company my business over using a national chain store, taking into account the puncture repair done there in 2024. I dropped off my vehicle for the 9am appointment and my car was ready at 10:40am and ready to go! Impressive! I had a few questions later in the day regarding TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) and stopped by to ask and had all questions answered clearly and completely. Well done! My vehicle will be out of warranty soon and due to both the short distance from my home, but, also and more importantly, the quality of work done here and the promptness to get me in and out so well, I'll be a customer here,... ongoing. For my first experience at Jason Leo's with a pricey investment into my vehicle, I'm feeling that I'm in very good hands and made the right choice of where to get my work done.

Martha and Tom who own Majestic provided the best work and best experience I could have hoped for - actually beyond expectation. My initial conversation with Martha established a level of understanding of my expectations and a level of trust that grew stronger throughout the repair process. Right after that, I started getting check engine lights wiper blades not working brake sensors. After getting it checked out, they explained there was a mouse nest in my wiper blade which I accepted that's on me. But explained that my brake sensor was kicked off, even though my brakes still have life on them and I need to replace all the brakes for $700. It seems to be like a factory issue to kick off sensors when the pads are still fine. This is my only negative experience. It is odd to me that all this happens after a software update. they said I can not fix the sensor without all new pads and rotors. The main reason I'm frustrated is because this is a new lease a little over a year with 19,000 miles on the truck that I got brand new. A big selling point when they sold me this truck was the brakes and tires are rated for longer than my lease so I will not have to change either.

I changed the filter myself, but went back to them, explained the situation and requested they change the oil-soaked belt belt. They could not accommodate me for several days, despite their mistake. As I drove less than a mile to another garage, the serpentine belt broke, wrapped around the shaft, got sucked through the the front seal, filled the engine with rubber, and destroyed the engine. $7,000 for a rebuild; $10,000 for a new one.
