While my daughter was attending VCFA in Montpelier, VT this winter, her car was damaged twice - by a snow plow blade and by a falling tree limb - both while parked at her apartment. As a Maryland resident, I turned to Yelp to help me find a local (to Montpelier) auto body shop to repair her car. I am a bit of a perfectionist regarding our cars so finding a company that would do great work and was trustworthy to work from afar seemed like a challenge. Martha and Tom who own Majestic provided the best work and best experience I could have hoped for - actually beyond expectation. My initial conversation with Martha established a level of understanding of my expectations and a level of trust that grew stronger throughout the repair process. Tom & Martha provided updates and progress photos throughout the repair duration. Martha pushed my insurance company to provide OEM grade parts to ensure my high standards would be met. We received our car completed on time and the repair work is exemplary. This team does exceptional work - I wish I could work with them on a regular basis, but I don't want to damage any more cars...
