Tom is amazing and straight forward. Made my vehicle look better than ever! Even did some extra buffing and didn't charge me.

This is hands down the best body shop I could've ever gone to. My car dealership had recommended…read morethe place after I was side swiped with a decent amount of damage to my passenger side. The receptionist Lynn was the MOST helpful and utterly amazing helping me navigate my insurance and figure out what was going to happen. I wish I could recall the gentleman's name who worked out back, but he was also amazing. I picked up my car this AM after repairs took about a week and I can't stop staring at my car. It's back to being brand new and I am thrilled. I hope I never have to see them again but if I ever need any bodywork done again would 10/10 times only go here ever again!!!

At a friend's recommendation I brought the car to Washburn's, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Erin (the owner) handled everything - submitting the estimate, dealing with the insurance adjuster, and even coordinated a rental vehicle for us (it was ready and waiting for me at the shop when I dropped off the car to be worked on.) I could not be happier with the quality of the repair, as well as the paint work that was performed. I looked over the repaired area very thoroughly trying to find something that was done incorrectly/poorly, and couldn't find anything. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a high quality repair to their vehicle.

We had a terrible experience just getting an estimate. Dropped the car off on Monday at 8:00 when…read morethey opened. They took our information and said they'd be in touch. I call mid-morning on Wednesday and leave a message asking for an update. Received a call back from Angie late in the afternoon indicating that they had just finished the estimate for two cars and ours "was next". Didn't hear anything Thursday or Friday. I called mid-morning on Monday - they've now had my car for 5 business days - and was told the estimate would be completed that day and I should hear from them later that day or Tuesday morning. At this point, I'm starting to wonder why it's taking so long and if this is a place I want to get my car repaired when they can't even tell me accurately when they'll do an ESTIMATE. I call Tuesday afternoon, spoke to Angie again and asked for an update. She explains that they should have the report done on Wednesday and that they only have one estimator that week. I tell her that she's told me that it would be done today when I called the prior day and at this point tell her to put the keys in the center console and we'll bring it somewhere else. Go get the car using our spare key--no key in the center console. Looked everywhere for it. You know where it was? Wrapped in tinfoil sitting on the front seat masquerading as garbage. Never had any auto shop "hide" a key this way. We almost threw it out. Were they sending some kind of message? I don't know. Did they have any intention of getting me an estimate that day? I don't know. But if its this much of a pain to get an estimate, I can only imagine the excuses when it comes to actually fixing the car.
