Bought a car on recommendation of the owner who knows me and knows my situation ... arrived with body damage and had electrical problems. Parasitic draw. Randomly dead. This is a great car for a single mom with a daughter to trust it'll start when we leave a movie or something. Oh, and it had TWENTY THOUSAND miles more than I was told when it arrived with paperwork to be signed ... So I'm underwater on a car that was likely under water, too. Hugely disappointed but I am certain no elfs are given over the loss of my business. 100% positive of that. read more

Easy to work with low key sales people and management. The dealership it's self is no frills, a small front office with a couple of desks, water and coffee but I don't mind that it had what what you need and your not paying for a large fancy building as they say in the advertisements. Huge selection of vehicles especially trucks and competitive pricing. read more

We have been driving Ford Explorers since 1991. That's a total of 12 Explorers that we have either purchased or, more often, leased...with a 2009 Edge thrown in there. We recently leased a 2017 Explorer. The Explorers have been awesome and so has the experience leasing them at Lamoille Valley Ford. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They want you to be happy and work hard to make that happen. When our 2014 Explorer was heavily damaged in an accident when it was only six months old, the body shop did a fantastic job of repairing it. I drove it another 2 1/2 years with not a single issue. I intend to drive Explorers forever and will continue to get them from LVF. read more
