They told my husband they would call later that afternoon or evening with an estimate for parts and labor. Here we are several months later, and no phone call. We took my car someplace else, and had it repaired. The problem had nothing to do with the timing chain or any plastic parts associated with it.

My husband brought his new used car in for inspection, was told it would need $800 in work to pass…read more Paid for the inspection price (I think it's $25) and brought the car to another mechanic who we had used before and had a great reputation but was further away. The car did end up needing some work to pass however we were told there were some pretty expensive problems at TH and the second mechanic did not find any of the same issues.

I decided to go salvage and got a nice little car. It worked fine for a couple of months, then…read morestarted having problems. No help from the place as I was past the thirty day warranty. The owner is incredibly rude, and wasted so much of my time. I'm sure I'm one of the few who will give them a bad review, but truthfully, I'll never go salvage again.

I used Jason Leo's in 2024 when I had a serious puncture on one tire. They are nearby to my…read morelocation so getting to a station for service nearby was important. I inflated the punctured tire and was there in under 4 minutes, left my vehicle off and walked back home. They had my tired repaired an hour later and I picked up my vehicle. I was truly impressed in how I was a walk-in with no appointment, yet, they squeezed me in on very short notice and I was on my way in short time! When shopping for new 4 new tires in Fall 2025, I certainly wanted to get a quote from them and it was very competitive to anyone else around. They don't offer free puncture repair or free rotation, but, that wasn't a critical requirement and I also felt I owed a local/Vermont company my business over using a national chain store, taking into account the puncture repair done there in 2024. I dropped off my vehicle for the 9am appointment and my car was ready at 10:40am and ready to go! Impressive! I had a few questions later in the day regarding TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) and stopped by to ask and had all questions answered clearly and completely. Well done! My vehicle will be out of warranty soon and due to both the short distance from my home, but, also and more importantly, the quality of work done here and the promptness to get me in and out so well, I'll be a customer here,... ongoing. For my first experience at Jason Leo's with a pricey investment into my vehicle, I'm feeling that I'm in very good hands and made the right choice of where to get my work done.

I have done multiple leases through these guys with good experiences. Just recently, I was called…read moreinto recall software. Right after that, I started getting check engine lights wiper blades not working brake sensors. After getting it checked out, they explained there was a mouse nest in my wiper blade which I accepted that's on me. But explained that my brake sensor was kicked off, even though my brakes still have life on them and I need to replace all the brakes for $700. It seems to be like a factory issue to kick off sensors when the pads are still fine. This is my only negative experience. It is odd to me that all this happens after a software update. they said I can not fix the sensor without all new pads and rotors. The main reason I'm frustrated is because this is a new lease a little over a year with 19,000 miles on the truck that I got brand new. A big selling point when they sold me this truck was the brakes and tires are rated for longer than my lease so I will not have to change either.
