Representatives of the company refused to accept responsibility and blamed AAA for not giving enough information. My wife tried to tell the driver where to take the car and he refused to listen. This morning, my car was making an odd sound that concerned me as we were preparing to leave on a 3 hr road trip. I called Haps and they took me by the afternoon. (Meanwhile, all of the dealerships in Burlington were booked solid for over a week.) "Big Josh" drove my car as we stood there, diagnosed the problem and then put it on the lift to show me exactly what was going on. And then refused to charge me. At the same time, my sister mentioned some work that she had been quoted for by her dealership. Josh was able to give her advice on each repair and quoted nearly every one for significantly less. Being that we are up so often, I am seriously considering having Josh and Haps do the regular maintenance on my car. These guys were kind, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend them to anyone.

There was still dirt all over the carpets, and the floor mats were still very dirty. I called five minutes after we left to tell her my concerns, and she said we have 48 hours to bring the car back. I brought the car back to have it re-cleaned, which wasted more of our time. After the guy finished cleaning it again, of course it was still dirty. My recommendation is don't waste money again on below-standard detailing for your car when you could pay the neighbor kid $20 to do the same job they did. It was not a professional job, and the girl at the front didn't seem like she really cared that their establishment disappointed a customer.

Any time I called, I was told they were working on it, and they'd call me back in two days. They never did, except 32 days later when my car was "ready." Make no mistake: I own the most ordinary, common car ever produced. The collision left my vehicle with only cosmetic damage. It had no mechanical or electronic issues. But when I picked the car up, the repair had so many problems that I had to return the car four times. The door was so poorly aligned that wind blowed through the cabin. The electronic door lock no longer worked. Based on my experience, Xtreme Collision does not have any processes or standards or quality control. The only nice thing I can say is that the owner Adam promised to make it right, and he eventually did. P.S. I don't know how they are in bussing as after such bad service from different people I've heard prior and wish I listened and went somewhere else. And to make it worse the business was "switching ownership" when I went back to talk to a manager so they brushed me off saying all that paper work from only a few months prior was buried in an old computer application, etc. and told me would call me to fix and NEVER called after I called many times. Finally got a hold and said could fix in August months later. Why would I want to go back to get the same shitty work done. Poor management. Waste of money and time. Thanks for nothings!
