So disappointed!!! I have used Matt before and booked an appointment for interior and exterior and wax at least 6 weeks in advance. Got a text the day before my birthday gift detailing appointment and was told they could not pick up the car...I offered to drop it off... turns out they must have overbooked and really just couldn't do the work. I was offered an appointment 8 weeks out, but declined. Really no apology, no concern from them. I know business is great now and I wish them well, but taking care of loyal customers in an appreciative way should be a priority. I bought my car used a little over a year ago from Subaru, and they didn't do as a good a job cleaning it for a sale as Matt's Wash & Wax did. I've driven the car with children and a dog in it almost every day and I couldn't stand all the crumbs, dirt, and fur any longer. Pro: interior detail was acceptable. Con: I left a sticky note in a adhesive retention hook on my console SPECIFICALLY asking them to be care NOT to knock it off when they detailed the car. When I picked up the car, of course, it was knocked off. The hook held the aftermarket, magnetic charging cord for my iPhone. On the way home, the magnetic plug fell into the WeatherTech floor mat and got mud and snow into the plug, ruining a $44 cord I now need to replace. The retention hook should not have been dislodged ESPECIALLY with a note in it highlighting NOT to break it off. Lack of care and attention to detail. read more

Matt's is the place to go if you want your car looking like new again. Matt is great to do business with. Reasonable rates, great customer service and his work is far and above what you would expect. When you pick up your vehicle if he notices a tiny spot he fixes it on the spot even though you yourself didn't notice anything. This is the only place I would take my vehicles for anything, detailing, windshield work, whatever. He will also offer to pick up and drop off. Great place to do business with. I have only had an internal detailing, and all I can say is ... wow. What blew my mind is that they emptied all of the door panels, and cleaned out every single crack! They neatly put all of belongings in a box and put it in the trunk, along with the floor liners (to fully dry). They got underneath the seats, and even to the impossible crack where your phone usually falls out of your pocket. My vehicle has 255K miles on it, and it looks brand new from within. I think they must use some next-gen alien technology for this ... because you have to see it to believe it. I purchased a gift certificate online for mother's day. I requested an appt for today. The computer showed the entire day open. I gave the gift to my mother at the family gathering which raised many interests so gladly gave out referrals and website information. The appointment was in our minds set as I got a confirmation. Here we sit waiting for the requested pick up of her Rav Time 925am no contact. Me enbarrassed and disappointed called Matt's. I left a message. He called back sorry booked out two weeks. I can refund your money. So now I am faced with scrambling to get another service. The real tragedy is I have to go break the news to my mother, whom I stopped from cleaning her own car yesterday morning, it is no go. Plus the 7 referrals to Matt's website to family and friends. It is bad customer service to have systems in place to give the scheduling options online then be booked out two weeks. Take the option off line people plan there lives electronically now. This bad situation is very disheartening and embarrassing to me to have to break my mother's heart after we arranged to have the car available and move appt around to make today happen. read more
