Any time I called, I was told they were working on it, and they'd call me back in two days. They never did, except 32 days later when my car was "ready." Make no mistake: I own the most ordinary, common car ever produced. The collision left my vehicle with only cosmetic damage. It had no mechanical or electronic issues. But when I picked the car up, the repair had so many problems that I had to return the car four times. The door was so poorly aligned that wind blowed through the cabin. The electronic door lock no longer worked. Based on my experience, Xtreme Collision does not have any processes or standards or quality control. The only nice thing I can say is that the owner Adam promised to make it right, and he eventually did. P.S. Their rental car affiliate provided me a car with "all-season" tires (in the winter, in Vermont).

It is almost completely the cheap plastic aftermarket black bumper with no paint on it now. I don't know how they are in bussing as after such bad service from different people I've heard prior and wish I listened and went somewhere else. And to make it worse the business was "switching ownership" when I went back to talk to a manager so they brushed me off saying all that paper work from only a few months prior was buried in an old computer application, etc. and told me would call me to fix and NEVER called after I called many times. Finally got a hold and said could fix in August months later. Why would I want to go back to get the same shitty work done. Poor management. Waste of money and time. Thanks for nothings! Less than 1 star.

Had to get DMV involved, the owner Khris to his credit made things right but he had a literal FBI convict working for him (see BBB reviews, the guy has a paper trail online). I did end up getting a used car that was in much better condition than DMV inspection expected. It cost me more stress and emotional chaos than necessary but I would absolutely advise folks to STAY AWAY. Used to be Poulins auto. They rebrand to ASD and clearly have same issues.
