The other glass company did not even charge me for the repair. Portland Glass tried to sell me another windshield rather than finish the installation they botched the first time rather than finishing the installation I already paid for.

They finished 2 and a half hours earlier than initially expected. The pricing of my windshield and side mirror replacement, came in at just under $100 short of my expected budget (I shopped around a bit and talked to some people.) They actually picked up the gum wrappers and vacuumed the front and passenger seat floors for me as well. From now on I will be recommending all my friends to have their seasonal cracks fixed here.

I could not be happier with the quality of the repair, as well as the paint work that was performed. I looked over the repaired area very thoroughly trying to find something that was done incorrectly/poorly, and couldn't find anything. This has happened to me on multiple occasions.
