After expressing my concern regarding the run time, Kyle was very rude and said 15 mins 20 mins whats the difference? The difference is 5 mins and that his name is not on my paycheck. When asked to reset the time, Kyle was not willing to make the change. I was made to feel as if it was my fault for not asking more questions. Spoke with Yipes owner and he was willing to accommodate a change request; however, expressed no empathy for the less than positive interaction I experienced with salesperson Kyle. I did not feel comfortable returning to Yipes in Williston for any further service. Do not recommend Yipes in Williston VT. The salesperson at Yipes in Plattsburg NY was more helpful and friendly. Also the Yipes in NY is less expensive. Note: My request to extend the run time was a very easy request and took less than a half hour to make the change.

From the first phone call with the manager Jason, through scheduling and ultimately buying and having Gills Point S Tire install new Falken tires on my Alfa Romeo, the experience was flawless and exceptional. They were above and beyond friendly, polite, professional, and easy to work with. My appointment started exactly when it was supposed to, and I was in and out in 30 minutes on a Monday afternoon. I was shocked how fast the service was and haven driven 30 miles home already, it's obvious the tires were installed correctly.
