The Craft'd signature salad is to die for! Add the salmon and it is like eating candy without all the calories. Very nice bartenders, been there twice already and wanting to go back soon. Scary customers though, I swear some of the older men are a little crazy that sit at the bar. I wouldn't go without an escort. read more

I have always had great experiences when dining in the restaurant or picking up takeout. They have a drive thru for takeout which is very convenient. All of the menu items I have tried were excellent and reasonably priced in my opinion. I will definitely be back. read more

I have been here several times and want to love this place but they need improvement in areas. Tonight I dined in with family and it seemed like the dinner rush was just starting up. It took ten minutes for someone to greet us after being seated and another ten to get two glasses of water. Understandable considering it was busier. When our order came out the food looked great but our server never checked back in until we were practically done with our meal and we needed a few additional items, extra sauces etc. I had to flag down another server who said they would go find our server. Additionally, when first taking our order our server seemed irritated to be waiting on us and had a slight attitude. (I brushed it off at first but when my family member spoke up about how rudely we were spoken to it prompted this review). The next time we spoke with our server was near the end of our meal and she dropped off our bill. The food was overall good and it's a beautiful place but the service was disappointing. read more

Super disappointed, ordered the peanut butter& pig to go at a friends recommendation. A co-worker picked it up and when I opened the container I found a gross greasy mess. Even though I was hungry, I took a couple bites and left the rest for the trash. It was two obviously pre-made frozen/thawed burgers on a soggy bun. The "crunchy" peanut butter was soggy. The bacon and peanut butter may have been a good idea on a hand made burger but these burger patties were just sad. Fries would have been good if I ate them there while they were hot. For $12 plus tax I may as well have gone to a fast food burger place at least then I would get what I paid for. I would have gone in for a refund But was too busy at work. What a waste. I work nights and was looking for a new dinner option, but it's not here. read more

Great food. Craft beer list is the usual craft beer list you see at all Chicagoland restaurants, but still lots of choices.

Service was terrible. Had to get our own drinks at bar. Server never came to table. We left after 25 minutes of waiting.

This is easily my favorite bar/restaurant in the area. The food is amazing and their beer selection is every beer drinkers dream! I haven't had too many of their craft cocktails, but the ones I have sampled are excellent. They have great beer specials on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Check them out on Tuesdays for some awesome tacos! They have a large dog friendly patio with TVs everywhere so it's a great place to watch sports and relax with your pup. But the best part of this place is the service! Every single employee I've encountered has been beyond wonderful. If you are looking for a chill dining and/or drinking experience with absolutely no riffraff, I highly recommend you check them out if you're in the area! read more

The bacon cheeseburger was juicy and delicious, the fries were well seasoned , and the buffalo Mac n cheese with pulled pork was equally as amazing along with the unique Chicago beef rolls, the only negative was the wait time, apparently the kitchen was backed up I assume this was thanks to staffing issues(I have an outside source,lots of people quit). I will not let this one experience ruin it for me though, the food was amazing and while it did take forever to get anyone to serve us, the food came out quick and was very delicious so after the initial wait it was a good experience. (Maybe wait to go until they hire more to their crew). read more

Ordered the no brainer family pack. Everything was burnt to a crisp absolutely the worst food I have ever ate in Plainfield all for 55.00 plus tip what a rip off. Saw pictures on Facebook that looked really good our food looked nothing like this. My dog wouldn't even eat this food. Will never ever eat there again. read more

Nice place but a way over-priced burger and fries at $12.50. Two quarter-pound patties that look like they were pressed out of a machine. The potato bun could not stand up to the burgers plus cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions; what a mess. I love tater tots so no complaint there. Food was amazing, alcohol drinks made just right and service was quick and on top of it even with it being very busy, not an empty seat anywhere. Bathrooms are clean which is always impressive. Never had a bad meal here until last night. All 3 of us at dinner disappointed. Risotto was awful, brought home for husband thinking maybe it's me...it wasn't. Craft'd is a great not so little place. We were pleasantly surprised by this place after hearing about it and were a little skeptical. Atmosphere is on trend, industrial, reclaimed woods meets urban bar. The bike on the wall is a great touch. Service is great, friendly welcome and a happy staff you could tell enjoyed being there. Now most importantly the food was on point! The Chicago beef rolls were fantastic, crispy wonton wrapper and tender flavorful beef on the inside with a gardenia ranch perfect for dipping. We also had the Cluck Yeah chicken sandwich. Nicely fried and the sauce has some kick which is complimented by a sweet honey drizzle. The Peanut Butter & Pig burger is fanatic, two stacked patties full of flavor topped with peanut butter and candied bacon! Life doesn't get much better than this. The only thing I'd ask is for them is to not skimp on the peanut butter next time, smear that entire bun with the good stuff! All-in-all Craft'd is a great place and happy to have them in the area to break up the crappy chain restaurant scene in the suburbs. Food was very good, a lot of good choices. Food came out relatively fast and they were busy at the time. Great job BOH team! Very good choices of beers! Ambiance is really cool, with the outside bar. Service was very good as well. I hope they continue to do well, as several restaurants have been in this spot and have not lasted. I will definitely be back! Please fix the options for channels on TV's in the outside bar. I would rather see sports than what was on. read more
