It's just a cozy little place. The wait staff are awesome, Sam was our server tonight and he was great!! Drinks were yummy and delish!! The cast iron corn bread is to die for!! So creamy, buttery warm goodness OMG, this is what heaven tastes like!! I've been craving it since the first time coming here. The artichoke was good too, it came with a tasty creamy dip. The baby back ribs tasted like home cooking, so yummy!! Sweet and crunchy on the outside. The meat was tender. Totally recommend 10/10 The halibut was definitely not worth the $44 price paid... It was very dry and tough on the bottom, for the tiny piece of meat :( I had to use the knife to cut off the hard, overcooked bottom. I ended up with tooth pain and had to take a pain pill after dinner. The risotto, although was creamy and delish!! 3/5 stars for me on this dish. We ordered the Key Lime pie to go!! I'm so glad we ordered to go, so that ww didn't miss this perfect pure opportunity!! It was a nicely sized slice, the crust had the best slight crunch, the pie its self was creamy, filling, with the perfect key lime flavor. This is definitely the best key lime pie I have ever eaten!!! Don't miss out on this little gem, give it a try! Melts in your mouth!! Yum yum!!

It's spacious, open, airy, and has a really fun energy that makes it perfect for Mother's Day, Father's Day, or any family brunch. There's plenty of outdoor seating and games near the cornhole area, which gave the kids room to run around and play while the parents could actually relax and enjoy their meal. Service was very good throughout the visit, and the food came out surprisingly fast considering how busy they were for the holiday. Food-wise, I'd put it around a solid 3.5-4 out of 5. My vegetarian wife really enjoyed the breakfast bowl, which was a great option for her. My son and I both ordered the breakfast burrito, and we also shared the French toast for dessert. Everything was presented beautifully, but the burrito leaned a little heavy on the carbs and could have used more eggs and sausage. The French toast tasted good, but it was slightly dry and would have benefited from real maple syrup instead of just the drizzle they provide. Overall, though, we had a really enjoyable experience. Great atmosphere, family-friendly setup, solid service, and good brunch options. Definitely a place I'd recommend if you're looking for a fun brunch spot.

My wife and I recently went to dinner at Culinary Dropout for the first time together at the Yard…read more We have both visited before for work meetings or with friends separately but not for a full meal. We have been to other Culinary Dropout locations and have always enjoyed it. This visit was no different. We got there early before our reservation and decided to sit at the bar though it was busy, and it took some time to find two seats. Once we sat down, the bartenders were pleasant and helpful, and drinks were prepared rather quickly. We had a relatively favorable experience at the table when ordering food, and we fortunately did not have to wait long at the host podium for our reservation. The food was very good, and we will likely return another day. When we were seated, our server quickly identified herself. We ordered Soft Pretzels & Provolone Fondue (our favorite!) as an appetizer. They arrived and were delicious! We then ordered a Classic Caesar Salad with Salmon & a M.A.C. Burger with fries as our entrees. They also showed up in a reasonable amount of time and were tasty. We finally ordered Monkey Bread for dessert, which came out well and yummy. The service in general was good, and the server made a point to offer rapport. A manager also stopped by to greet us and to ask how our meal was, which is always appreciated. We also enjoyed live music that was being performed not too far from our seats. This Culinary Dropout location differs from the other locations as it has The Yard (which the Tempe location does, too), which is essentially a large, social hangout spot (often a renovated garage) with lawn games, fire pits, and an indoor-outdoor bar designed for casual dining, drinks, an entertainment. One of the big challenges with this location is the parking. There is self-parking during weekday lunch though you have to use valet (which is complimentary) at all other times, and there is quite a wait to drop off a car or pick one up on the weekend (and possibly the evenings). If you go to the Culinary Dropout website (https://www.culinarydropout.com), there are sometimes promotions where you can get a $20 or $30 bonus promo gift card for every $100 in gift cards you buy. You can also make reservations on the website (or OpenTable), learn about upcoming live music performances, and see each location's menu. Also, if you sign up for their Ebites (https://www.culinarydropout.com/ebites-email-signup), you will get a coupon for $10 off a $20 purchase and get notified about special events and offers.

The building this cafe is sitting at used to be home to a famous Jewish delicatessen Katz's Deli. [Parking]: It was difficult to find available parking on Sunday night and the small designated rear parking lot was completely packed. Luckily, one of the local streets (W Medlock Dr near JINYA Ramen Bar) allows free street parking on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. [Atmosphere]: The wine bar was bustling with a crowd and I can see this as one of those places for a romantic date, a girls' night out, or hanging out with friends. [Menu]: Yelp's top highlighted items include Smoked Salmon (the Boards) and the Nine Iron Panini. Customers can also build their own bruschetta board by choosing four options with Yelp highlighted items including Warm Artichoke Spread, Brie & Apple Fig Spread, Burrata Bacon + Arugula & Tomato, and Prosciutto di Parma + Fig & Mascarpone. For paninis, customers have the option to select two - any half panini, half salad, or half soup. Paninis come with either ciabatta or focaccia. *** Smoked Salmon (cold and hot smoked salmon, whipped feta, cucumber, pickled onion, cornichons, crispy capers, baby caesar, crostini - $17): A very refreshing board and I liked the overall flavor profile. Nine Iron (smoked bacon, roasted chicken, fresh stracciatella, mixed greens, tomato, dijonnaise - focaccia $15.75): Crispy focaccia bread and overall an excellent savory sandwich. *** This is Los Angeles-quality food in Phoenix. A solid 4.5-star on food and bump up to 5-star due to the great atmosphere. P.S. - The restaurant allows customers to split the bill.

We had a truly wonderful experience working with Phoenix City Grille and couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service from start to finish. Brittnee, the Events Manager, helped us identify the West Room as a perfect space for our intimate business meeting and was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful, especially with several last-minute needs, which she handled with ease and professionalism. When we arrived to get a feel for the space and set up, Dennis, the owner, and Sonia took outstanding care to ensure everything was in place and that we felt supported throughout. The space itself was fantastic, and from all indications, the evening went seamlessly for our group. It was a pleasure partnering with such a thoughtful and attentive team, and we deeply appreciate the care and communication that made our event a success. We look forward to working with Phoenix City Grille again in the future!
