I have been a loyal customer now for a few years; due to many reasons... my latest visit for OptiCoat yearly maintenance was pretty standard. I'm greeted by familiar faces that knock out the job with precision and speed. Upon returning home I wanted to feel the "glassiness" of the paint but instead I noticed some contamination. A quick check with a baggy revealed there were still bumps in the paint. I emailed Lia and she immediately sent back a very positive response. She said that there was probably some confusion with the staff on which package was to be performed. Their standard wash does not include claying the paint, where-as the yearly detail for OptiCoat does. She scheduled me for the following Saturday and said she would personally take care of our car. Long story short, a company is only as good as its employees and CraftDetailing has some of the best! If you're lucky enough to stop by you will meet Lia and Carlos or maybe even Kevin (the owner). Even though the car is a few years old now, it still feels factory fresh. These folks will ALWAYS make things right if there is a rare issue, and go above and beyond your expectations every time! I live 150 miles away and went there based on the product I wanted and the available recommendations, including Yelp. Giving Craft Detailing five stars is not enough. Yes, their work on my car looks awesome both inside and out (paint protective film, ceramic coating, etc). Yes, when I visited I saw a lineup varying from sports car to classic car to Tesla to SUV to pickup truck, and all looked phenomenal. They have that obsessive, perfectionist attention to detail that you want for this type of work. But that's not why I took the time to write a review. What I found extraordinary was their customer service. Without going into detail, Lia and Kevin ran interference with my car dealer with regard to a manufacturer defect that Craft found on their pre-detailing inspection. The entire experience was great, but in this regard they really went above and beyond. I give them my highest recommendation, and I would not go anywhere else. read more

I did a search on auto detailing and was surprised to see this gem right in Dedham - very convenient for me. Reviews were excellent so I stopped by for estimates on paint film protection etc for my 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT 392 that is in near perfect condition. Lia explained the options and prices, took a careful look at my car's pain and finish with a light - looked all over it. She then gave me a look at their work/garage area - it was near spotless, spacious and occupied by several hundred thousand dollars of Ferrari, Porsche and Shelby cars. I set up the service appointment for the EXPEL pain film with the Opti Coat Pro Plus clear coat protection. Expensive but when I saw my car again I knew it was the right investment for my car here in New England - it looked flawless and better than new. What can I say but that Team Craft is totally awesome. When I was doing my research, they gave me estimates of how long in advance I should schedule, how many days it should take and about how much it should cost. They were right on the money in all of their estimates and true to their word. Working with LIA and her team felt like working with part owners of the car. They were as excited to do the work as I was and took great pride in their workmanship. They recognized some special needs that I had and happily provided them unasked. First off, let me say I am particular about my vehicles and this new daily driver went straight from the dealer lot to Craft detailing to get protected for the harsh daily life it will live. Lia worked with me to determine Xpel standard- plus PPF and Opti Coat pro + was the best combination to keep the front end chip free and the remainder of the vehicle glossy and protected for up to 10 years! Lia was very accommodating with scheduling getting me in on only a few days notice for almost two days of work! Fantastic people. Great work. What more can you ask for. I had my car ceramic coated, paint protection film, interior guard for the leather and fabrics, and ceramic window tinting on all glass surfaces. They did a great job. the car was clean as a whistle each time I brought it in. I have one more task for them. This place is absolutely the best!! They did a stellar job getting rid of a lot of paint overspray from a careless fence painter on my wife's Explorer. Just had my Expedition Platinum ceramic coated with Opti-Coat Pro, and the truck looks better than it did the day I picked it up at the dealer. They just did the opticoat and powder coated the wheels on my 2020 R8 spyder performace. I honestly have to say I could never have imagined how amazing it looks. 100X better than when I picked it up from the dealership.
