Ate at this location yesterday. First time I've been totally disappointed with Cracker Barrel. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, pot roast and trout, it arrived cold. Missing one item all together, of course when I got the mashed potatoes they were cold . Biscuits arrived 5 minutes after the meal. Not once were we offered more water even though our glasses were empty. Won't be returning to this location. Lastly, I noticed other people complaining about their food. read more

I understand that this is a fairly new location.. BUT it took our server 30 mins to even greet us, and took just about as long to finally receive our food. The server seemed to go missing a lot and said he had to "use the bathroom".. When we finally got our food, we noticed some hairs in one of our meals so we reported it and the manager came to us and apologized and said he would get us a new meal to go since we had to get going. It took ANOTHER 25-30 minutes for our server to come back empty handed and tell us to "have a good day".. I then asked, "what about our meal replacement? The manager said he was prepping a meal to go for us since we found a hair in the meal." The server then went to check on it and came back within minutes, the fastest he had ever gotten to us by the way, just to give us the same exact meal put into a to-go box. WITH THE HAIR STILL IN IT. I want to give this place another chance, but right now, I just don't know. My recommendation is to wait a few weeks. Once they have a solid staff and they figure out what they're doing, I'm sure it'll be great. The food is good in the end, but the service is all over the place right now like if there's a lack of communication and training. Will likely try again in a few weeks but not anytime soon. read more

Honestly, I used to love this place in the south however, here it's absolutely horrible. The service is bad and they lost my to go order. Recommend going to Texas roadhouse before coming back over here. read more

Awesome customer service and excellent home made food! I used this store to pick up the family Easter Dinner. I was traveling arriving at DIA mid day Sunday with no time to shop or cook. I ordered the spiral ham dinner on line 24 hours in advance. Pick up was easy given the great store location off of Hi-70. I was even able to show up 1 hour early. Brandon went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the order. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer! read more

The ambiance is a shell of the company's former old country feel and the management is dishonest and lacking all integrity. The woke mind virus is still clinging to the management structure, this business will most likely never thrive again as long as woke political ideology remains a driving force in company policies and business decisions. It really doesn't help that the food is at best. Subpar. read more

We were pleasantly surprised by the food at Cracker Barrel. For a chain restaurant, it was surprisingly good. The portions were too much, but the value was terrific. Service was attentive, and we were able to get in and served quickly and efficiently. While I had some trepidation going in, I was pleased. It was also good to see families from different walks of life, different age groups, and different races. read more

We left after 16 minutes without drinks or a contact with staff. 4 servers pacing around the kitchen entrance

Server forgot the biscuits. Silverware was dirty and I had to ask twice to get the replacement. Food was good this time, but I had breakfast meats. I didn't want to chance the chicken again since it's been tough and grainy the past few times. Biscuits were good, although there wasn't butter for each biscuit. Really not worth the price anymore. read more

Food was yummy. Service was good. Parking can be alittle rough but not bad. Would def go back.

The service was fine. Wait staff seemed new, but they were really trying. The food was not good, which was a disappointment, as we were so looking forward to a yummy meal at Cracker Barrel. Perhaps they will get better as time goes on. read more

They have early dinner deals between 4-6 on weekdays that none of the staff mentioned. It seems like it would have been a nice option to point out. I upgraded one of my sides to a dinner salad for $3.19 more. It was a very sad salad that didn't exude freshness. The bacon looked flabby and raw. There weren't any tomatoes either. I sent it back, which is something I never do, and requested the hash brown casserole instead since the server recommended it. I was brought the one with a slice of American cheese and bacon. I didn't ask for that. I wanted the regular. The bacon and cheese looked unappetizing. He obliged. The chicken tenders weren't fresh and they were pretty small. I had to ask for our biscuits three times. The onion petals were successful. The biscuits were good with the jam. You can request apple butter. They no longer bring it out proactively or offer it as an option. The food preparation here leaves a lot to be desired. The people working in the kitchen should not be in food service. At least my server made it right. He was very inexperienced and kept on forgetting stuff but at least he was nice. This is a great place for holiday decorations though. read more

Food was fine. Service was terrible. We were Sat but then waited an hour for food. Servers were in the weeds breaking dishes. Our server was checked out. read more

Let me break this down to a simple rule when considering this New Neighborhood Restaurant. When you are looking for a Southern Comfort Sunday Evening Dinner - DO NOT think of this restaurant! I visited at 5:30 pm this Sunday want some good ol Fried Chicken and the works, what I got was dried, over-cooked and cold chicken (outside hot/inside cold), small disk biscuits and hard corn bread muffins! The wait staff was very apologetic and embarrassed saying she would be happy to have the cooks fix a fresh batch, but its now 30 mins later and I would have to wait another 15 mins! Needless to say, I ate my side salad and paid $37 for a meal I never ate nor did I have the manager come to speak to me and my guest!! Times are hard and I get it, but seriously CB establishment please pay attention to the food coming out and make sure you live up to your motto of Fresh Home Cooked Food - my momma never would have served us this food for Sunday Dinner!!! read more

We had such a great experience at Cracker Barrel! Our waiter, Talbert, was amazing--so friendly, kind, attentive, and quick. He really made our meal extra enjoyable. The food was delicious too--we had the sausage, egg, and cheese hashbrown casserole, sugar coated ham, and also got a couple of meals to go, and it was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend both the meal and the service! read more

It's 44 degrees outside and the AC is on inside. It is uncomfortably cold. The Latte or specialty coffee machine has apparently been broken for quite some time, disappointing. The regular black coffee is cold. Not the same place it used to be. read more

Oh my gosh Noooo! We've been going to CB for years, this is not bigger, they did away with the solid wall in the middle of the dining room which mean nothing to deaden the noise - waaaayyyy too loud. They downsized the hearth that now skirts the floor trying to trip people and took out the checker table to stuff a couple extra tables in. The food is standard CB fare at least. Some of the servers need a lot more training. Everybody asks you if your visit was pleasant or the food was good but you can't really hear them to have a conversation so you just nod. Be the best first don't try to compensate later. read more

5/5/25-So utterly disappointed in this new location. The Crackerly Barrel failed the community by building the smallest location I have ever seen. Our first experience was having trouble finding parking in a super small parking lot. When we got in we quickly got a seat because there were open tables. This means that they didn't even have enough parking to be able to full fill their restaurant let alone to be able to handle the weekend rushes that happen. Even the store was lacking in merchandise on the shelves due to a lack of space. Service was sub-par, like our waiter not even checking to see if our food was right before bring it out to us, which it wasn't. They didn't give us issues about fixing it, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Then the prices had jumped up with the quality going down. Like I ordered the white gravey on my mashed potatoes, but it was bland and floury when it used to be smooth and peppery. This place failed on all accounts. They need to close down and expand this location, because the area needed a full sized or super sized location with a lot of parking. The Cracker Barrel Corporation has no understanding of the Denver Metro market and failed. Just make the drive up to the one on 120th Ave. since this location is useless. read more

I ordered for delivery from the website. Never received the order. I sat outside my building for 20 minutes waiting for my order ($50). Then received a message it was delivered. I called Cracker Barrel and was told they could do nothing and to contact uber through the app. I didn't have the app as I had ordered on Cracker Barrel website. Very frustrated as I cannot find any way to call uber and am out $50 for nothing. read more

The hostess staff were pleasant, but I was dining alone and was seated at a two person table right next to the kitchen with a five foot wall right behind my chair. It was dark and noisy. There were only about ten diners in the entire restaurant. The location has the new decor which was ok. I ordered unsweetened tea but was served sweet tea. The food was ok but not up to the Cracker Barrel standards. The location was very hard to find, hidden behind a huge car wash and gas station. There was only one tiny sign at the street access. Even the hostess told me other diners had trouble finding it. I don't think I will go there again. This is the Central Park Denver location. read more

The host and manager were so amazing! But our server Hannah had an attitude and barely checked our table. About halfway through our meal, my husband witnessed her hitting her vape indoors on the way to the restroom while going to take our son potty. I'm disappointed that in the food industry you have servers hitting a nicotine device indoors, especially around children. Poor service, poor attitude, and vaping indoors all from the same server. We will not be coming back to this location again. I would rather drive to Northglenn than eat at an establishment where servers vape indoors around my toddler. read more

So this is a much cleaner design then the old lattice work restaurants. The food is better, but the portions are still too small compared to pre-covid. I don't know what happened, but it has gone down hill since then. Asked for biscuits, asked for green beans in a side container... delivered without. He even wrote it down. It wasn't just a one off. It happens all the time at CB's now. I swore off CB's last time that I call my smear of mashed potato visit... but this one is new, so I thought we would try it again. It is at best... Ehhhh. No ketchup or jelly/ butter on the table... its almost like what can we not give you to save money or time. Continued to be disappointed. read more

Putrid food from the 1990's. Service was ok. Ambience was old fashioned and out of date.

I ordered coffee, It was cold (really). Ordered chicken and dumplings the food was just warm not hot and very very bland, had no flavor in the mac and cheese, mashed potato was okay, also ordered The chicken which was dry horrible. read more

I was super excited that a Cracker Barrel was opening up closer to my area of town. Our server Anthony was friendly & always checking in to see if we needed anything/how he could make the meal better (would highly recommend him as your server for when you dine-in)! The food was delicious & came out quickly, & overall it was a great experience. read more

Management is extremely disrespectful. Asked me to come in for a second interview, made me wait for over two hours just to not even speak to me for five minutes and to tell me they're not even hiring. Couldn't even be bothered to apologize for making me wait so long. read more

Absolutely NOOO stars! Every single person in the reviews are completely right! My name is Shonnie nd I worked for Cracker Barrel Old country! I want to start off with my manager KATIEEE! I don't think I EVER met anyone so disrespectful, and selfish in my life. Katie has been nothing but DISRESPECTFUL since the day I started working there! She made me cry in front of guests, then forced me to take my 10 to calm myself down. She has absolutely no respect for her employees, everyone gets treated like shit! After that Over time, I have felt increasingly disrespected, undervalued, and disregarded. The lack of basic respect and empathy shown towards me and the rest of the staff has created an environment that is not only toxic but emotionally draining. Seen a recent review where he said It wasn't about the customers it's about us, nd all reality it's the managers! General head manager is a bitch, always walking around with a stank ass attitude, Katie is right behind her with her head up her ass and her other boos! Then Brandon seems pretty cool, but he's asshole too. Becky, she's all right just different. I personally will never have no complaints about Carlos. He is the most outstanding enjoyable kindness. Manager I've ever had in my 19 years of experience! It is evident that her priority is to push for numbers at any cost, regardless of the toll it takes on the people who make those numbers happen. Katie one day sat there and yelled at every single one of her staff member. She had scheduled that day and complained about how no one was talking to the guest and no one was making sales, but I have a very hard-working team and everybody talks to everybody, but don't nobody wanna buy that shit. I DO NOT recommend this as a job, run as far as u can! Katie needs to be supervised and corrected on how she treats her employees! If you're tough minded and can deal with the disrespect, or just need the money I understand! The money ain't that good to be treat as so! I can no longer subject myself to an environment where my dignity and wellbeing are compromised for the sake of company profits. I hope this message receives EVERYONE well read more

This is a new location, and it will take time to get the restaurant humming so to speak. It is a clean, very nice restaurant and both the food and service were excellent. I would recommend eating at this location. I love Cracker Barrel. read more

The experience was absolutely amazing! Incredible food, customer service, and store! Our server, Fred, was incredibly helpful, kind, and funny! Usually love the breakfast at other locations but food was nasty pancakes were burnt at this location. A side of fried catfish cost $15 for one piece. Tables are insanely close together, service was ok. Definitely don't recommend this location. read more

Super excited to try this new location! Our excitement quickly turned into complete dismay, disappointment and frustration. 1. Parking lot is not big enough to accommodate the restaurant. The lot is completely full and you have to park on the side street. But when you go in, the restaurant is about half full. 2. People Traffic jam as soon as you walk in the front door, you take a few steps to the left to see the hostess and it quickly creates a line to the door. 3. The dining room is literally crammed over stuffed with tables and chairs. So packed it is not comfortable or possible to be comfortable when seated. We watched several people ask to be seated somewhere else. It's too small, CB needs to take out about 1/4 of the tables and chairs! The servers are not able to get around the table to serve drinks or food so the customer on the end of the table is handed drinks and food to pass down to the rest of the table. Totally unacceptable! 4. Service, was very sparse . Our waitress Littlebit took our order and never came back. We sat for 40 minutes, we saw other tables getting their food before us. We had to ask 3 different times for our waitress or a manager. We watched them both come out and go to the table next to us, they clearly were eating and it was funny to watch the manager apologize for them not getting their food. The man at the table chuckled and told them wrong table. Literally the waitress and manager looked at each other, looked at us, apologized and said our ticket was lost but they had to put it back in and it was a rush request. After 45 minutes our food came out. Plates were sloppy, food was warm but not hot. 2 of us ordered the same thing and the portion sizes were completely different. 5. We asked for extra napkins and a plate when our order was taken, we never did get either despite asking 2 different people. 6. The biscuits were good but the gravy was so inedible, it tasted like flour paste. 7. The manager never came back to check on our table once we did get our food. The waitress did stop by after our food came and left the check without saying anything. So many things went wrong, service was poor, food was not hot, manager really lacks customer service skills! We will not be going back. read more

Food was good, but I also go to the restaurant for the feel I get when I go to a CB. If you are like me, you won't get it here. Not sure I will return to this one. read more

If I could leave a zero it would be more appropriate. We were seated quickly and the food was tasty. That is all that is positive. Took them almost an hour to get our food. Apparently the order was lost. I asked for an extra plate and they never came from our waitress. We had to ask another and even that took 5 minutes. We were a two check party and our friends got comped a meal but not us. The manager apologized "thanks". Lilbet was our waitress. We will NEVER go back. read more

Visited very early on my birthday. Was 95% empty. Requested a specific table but was refused as I was told it was intended to hold 4 people and therefore not for me. I requested yet another table... again was refused and then I was seated literally WITH A FAMILY OF 6 STRANGERS as if I was to join their family breakfast. I refused and told the girl no. She was unable to adapt basically telling me it had to be at that location. Finally, she had me walk all the way back to the lobby where she picked a different location in another section. That half of the restaurant was completely empty except for one group at a particular table. Naturally, she assigned me to sit right next to that group. So, again, I requested a table a bit further away by the window or perhaps even a few seats further. I didn't want to disturb the other group nor them to disturb me. I was again refused and told it had to be right there at that specific table. Note that that entire half of the restaurant was completely empty except for the one group. I reluctantly accepted and sat down. Ironically, this was a table intended for 4 people - not the two-person table I'd requested by the window. The idiocy of this continued as the next visitors to come in where then seated at that table by the window where I had been refused. And, before I had even received my order yet another group came in and was seated at the other table I'd requested. I guess I didn't know the magic word. The waitress was great and did what she could to alleviate what had become an unpleasant and insulting experience. (note: do NOT order the sausage patties. Not edible.) So much for my little birthday celebration. Their policies and dysfunctionality tells us clearly: it is not about the customer.... it's all about THEM !! read more

Haven't been to this one yet but find that certain food only available on certain days is already a turn off. Also the review of one person finding HAIR in their food and the "replacement" also had hair in it? OMG. NO thanks. Another saw a server vaping in the hall by the rest room. This already sounds like a circus. Yes, the place has changed. the building looks like an AUTOZONE, the interior tries, but is not the same. Has nobody there heard of BUD LITE 2.0?? It sounds like they are trying to bring this chain to an end, rather than improve their profits, their business. Truthfully, I eat out as a treat. I want to see items that I can't make at home or can actually make better. Why pay this much for something inedible? There is nothing here available every day that is much better than what I can make for a lot less money. I will go to check it out... Once,.. We'll see. Not optimistic from the negative reviews. Hair in food? Really? Well - just got back and will not go again. Over an hour to get our food which was mediocre. Canned beans, mush - warm entree, The place was noisy, crowed and smelled like sitting too next to the public bathroom. Parking was miserable, not enough help ? in the kitchen or in the dining room. You'd better have plenty of time to wastes sitting and waiting for food that my dog finished when I got home. I will never go back here. The staff we pleasant, but running non stop.. They need more help. read more
