Two guys came out 2 days in a row and had the same problem with the machine. A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. He did hallway upstairs and I told him to forget the other two rooms because at this point half of my day was gone. I was satisfied with the way the carpet looked. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Who's gonna get that out?!?The next day I called the office bc the spots from the pretreat were visible again and bc no one bothered to contact me about this inconvenience. I was told they couldn't discount anything and that I was satisfied when they left... I wasn't about to explain to a carpet person that after the carpet dried I saw spots again. I contacted the owner and was told she thought she informed us. We definitely would have questioned that procedure. Well, we recently had Peters service the unit. The technician said there was no reason for cutting 2 openings in the unit. We were very upset. Also, we had to replace several of the registers due to paint being scratched off by the Ductz employee. We also had to touch up the ceiling where black marks were made by the serviceman. Peters referred this company plus they had good reviews. So much for that. Per Peter's technician's request I did let them know not to refer Ductz any longer. Hopefully they listenened. Plus, it was expensive(over $900). All that and we haven't noticed any significant change in air quality. Very disappointed.

After opening up the crawl space one day and noticing how cold it was I grabbed knee pads and decided to investigate the ducts underneath myself. Upon inspecting it the flexible duct was ripped away 3/4 of the way and pouring the ac into the crawl space vs the home. Water was leaking like crazy and had fill it it and made it hit the ground and still dripping like crazy. I called another company first who said they could come out that night or the next morning between 9-11. Around 12 they called and said they would need to do an install and it would be about 3-4 weeks before they could come out. So I called around company to company to company and no one could fit me in for at least a week if not weeks. But if I didn't have ac they could get me in faster but since I still had a tiny bit it wasn't their priority basically. Hoock's answered and said he could get someone to me later that evening but it may be sorta late and if that was ok. I said YES of course!!! Maybe an hour later he called and said they got to another job and their unit was froze so until it unfreezes they couldn't do much so someone would be on their way to me. When he got here he cleaned the ac unit good and said it needed a new capacitor and the unit was down. He fixed it and I had some air again. Went under to see what all he needed to fix the duct and came back the next morning with everything to fix it. By the time I got home from work it had all been fixed and the house was cold. The ac actually kept up and would turn off periodically vs running and getting hotter and hotter. I will use this company over any of the 30 I tried to call and wouldn't even help us. Oh and the installation of the one company was the same than everything Hoock's did which was way more and two visits. My old landlord called me today to get Hoock's info cause I was telling her about what had happened and she wanted their info for the next time they needed help.
