Center Square Grill is such a nice restaurant, and we usually always have the best experience here…read more Which is why I was surprised and disappointed during my most recent visit. My steak was overcooked and the Brussels sprouts were hard and undercooked. At first, we told our waitress everything was okay, but after more discussion toward the end of the meal, we decided the expensive steak was truly overdone and mentioned it. Our waitress was incredibly apologetic and immediately offered to have a new steak made and to take it off the bill. The manager was also so helpful and amazing in making things right. Even though the meal itself wasn't up to their usual standard, the way the situation was handled proves exactly why we keep coming back. Truly impeccable service and still one of our favorite spots.

We opted for a more tapas style light dinner. With sesame crusted tuna, Cobb salad, fondue tower, and calamari 1/2&1/2. We appreciated the 1/2 and 1/2 option for the calamari (1/2 Rhode island, 1/2 regular) but when the plate came you couldn't tell the divide. Which was an issue for those that don't want spicy. The bar was very busy and the cocktail menu seems very good. So I can definitely see this place as your after work dinner with friends place to be. But for a calm casual dinner - maybe not. Overall it is a good place. But probably not for everyone - but doesn't need to be.

I've been to this restaurant multiple times before and was never impressed, but it had been years since my last visit and I came back only for this birthday. Our waitress was attentive and took our drink orders promptly. One great thing about this place is that they were able to accommodate our large group with separate checks, which was amazing. Now onto the food, which was really the point of going out. I decided on something from the Mexican menu called flautas. Normally, flautas are simple; chicken or beef rolled in a tortilla and fried, with toppings like lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. But here, they put mashed potatoes inside. When I asked the waitress, she said that it was supposed to have mashed potatoes and chicken, but I never found any chicken. I later realized the menu did list mashed potatoes, so that was my oversight but still, I didn't enjoy it. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes didn't agree with me at all. I was up at 3 AM with severe bathroom issues. Thankfully, the dish was taken off the bill, but it cost me a rough night attached to the bathroom. Overall: Good service and accommodations for large groups, but the food at least what I ordered was a no for me.

This place came up and I was surprised we'd never seen it before in all our trips. Being seafood lovers, we had to try it out. It was packed, which was understandable for Mother's Day. And very noisy! The service was exceptionally slow, which we also understood! Figured this had to be a hidden gem. My son ordered the lobster grilled cheese and loved it! The boom boom shrimp app was amazing. I had the stuffed founder and it was pretty good, but a bit dry. I should have chosen one of my go-to dishes like a lobster roll or salmon. Anyway, we've decided we definitely want to give it another try as Mother's Day is not the best way to try a restaurant for the first time. The scenery was a lot of fun and it gave our whole trip that special vacation vibe we look for! In spite of the Mother's Day glitches, would recommend!

The Hot Lobster Roll was ok, nothing spectacular (3 stars if I'm being generous). The price was high and I've definitely had better ones for less money, but you're at a 5 star resort (kidding, of course) paying casino prices. It did come with fries, which was a plus, and maybe that justifies the price a bit. The fries dipped IN the bisque were good! Service was matter of fact with no personality behind the counter. It's counter service so I wasn't expecting much. I'd give it a solid 4 stars if you average my two items together. If I was ever back here, I'd go to Red Rose Pizza next door, but may stop in for a Lobster Bisque as a snack!

It's a good sized portion of 2 pieces of fish fried just right, crispy without being hard or overcooked, and a just-right sized helping of perfectly done fries. Shannon was heading the register, and she's both a joy and a powerhouse behind the counter, and is the "frosting on top" of a good lunch. We don't get to talk at all in court, and minimal while waiting between sessions, so it's great to have a kind lady adding a lil bit of light to some dark weeks.
