They charge your insurance 1/3 more than the cost of supplies they mail you. After insurance discount you are still paying 60.00 to 70.00 dollars more than if you go in and order and pick up and pay cash. They don't tell you that, they just call every three month and tell you what supplies you can get. read more

I would not recommend this company, I ended up, firing them and going with a competitor. I purchased a ResMed airmini travel CPAP from them. They told me they would not bill my insurance, however, gave me the receipt to bill my insurance on my own and submit it, the insurance approved it but I had already paid cash for the machine at the store. So number one that really pissed me off, that they would not just run it through on their own. So I tried the airmini that night and the hose and headgear that they gave me with it Was way too loud to actually fall asleep with. I took it back in the next day, and the technicians wouldn't even come out to see me, they sent the Eastern European receptionist lady out to tell me that there were no refunds on the device. The funny thing is, I didn't even remotely ask for a refund, just wanted to get a mask that would work with this machine. Finally one of the technicians came out and took me back, the large younger clinician, who was attempting to intimidate me, took the mask that I brought in and threw it against the wall. It was comical! Finally got a new mask out of them that wasn't nearly as loud and was able to use it. However, I will never give these idiots business again. read more

They sent old yellowed mask in two different orders. When I finally got through to them, they said because I accepted them through the mail, I could not return them. Next order, they sent wrong filters. I have now left 3 messages and no call back. No one ever answers. If you do go there, their office staff is completely incompetent and always blames their software program for their errors. You should always check your invoice before leaving. Mine has almost never been correct. I will be changing our CPAP provider. read more

Worst company ever. i will say that my first visit it seemed like the person was in the know. after that CRAP! all the first person did was make sure I knew how to clean it. they never were able to hook to my internet. the CPAP sat on my floor for two months. i didn't think I was being charged because they knew I wasn't using it. no calls, no check ins. too much money. never did work for me. on another note....see if your doc will let you try a fitted mouthpiece. that's working wonders for me. and oh!!! i had to wait 6 months to even try the cpap. all the while lacking sleep. also, you could feel the hatred between the two women at the front desk. no one was friendly. this company sucks. wrote a letter to them with my complaints and they didn't respond. they DON'T care. read more

My husband just transferred his CPap support group from one of the major contenders in ID, and he could not be happier. Before, a call entailed long waits on hold, an in-office visit entailed waiting while staff decided when and if to talk with us. CPap Now, Boise office, recommended to us by the sleep clinic as responsive, has exceeded our expectations. In fact five days after an office visit the technician Kara called, as promised, to see how the new equipment is doing. Prior to this visit, our former tech who has transferred to a new location within the company called to get us set up with her replacement. Jamie spent as much time as needed to answer our questions and get us transferred. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and ensure that you have a good experience with them as well. All these companies receive Medicare reimbursement, but CPap acts more like a private company wanting to earn your business. I hope some of the earlier reviews about inaccurate billing has been solved, because it has not been our experience. I highly recommend CPap Now - efficient, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Months after I stopped using them, I find out that they are FRADULENTLY charging my insurance for items I am not using anymore. When I called to see why, I was treated like I was dumb and hung up on. Literally, hung up on! JJ, whom I spoke to was very condescending and said I obviousy don't understand how billing works. I might not, but I do understand that it is your policy and my insurance carrier's policy to have you call me before you send me any new equipment which they did not do. Now, I have to go back and figure out how many times they fradulently charged my insurance and get it straightened out. Stay far away from them!!! I have a recording of the call that I will be submitting to BBB when I file a claim with them. read more

Our experience with Cpap now has been amazing. We didn't know where to go and several of our neighbors recommended Cpap now....we are not disappointed at all. They show you everything you need, call you when it's time to get new supplies, call you when it's time to come back in. They treat you like a person and not a number. They are nice and friendly. However they sometimes mislead you and I've had to pay for full masks out of pocket because they say my insurance won't cover them, which may be true, but one day someone tells me it's fully covered and no cost to me and the next day they are calling me with past due charges. I wish I could give them 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. FIND ANOTHER CPAP PROVIDER! STAY AWAY FROM CPAP NOW! They have the WORST customer service. Extremely RUDE! I got a machine & mask on my first appointment. I had met my out of pocket prior to seeing them & they told me I still needed to rent the CPAP machine which is false, according to my insurance company, so they billed my insurance for a rental instead of a purchase. My mask was not working & per insurance & CPAP now I can try as many masks the first 30 days- they got me in two weeks after & gave me a cloth to put over my mask! Didn't work so I called them & told them I want a new mask they told me they couldn't because it was after 30 days, I tried to make appointments and they said they didn't have one. So they told me my new mask would be $67 . I told them I had met my out of pocket and I have no copays now. They told me I would have to pay them or no mask. My insurance said I didn't have a copay everything is 100% for the remainder of the benefit period. This place still tried to charge me! They don't understand billing. They are RUDE! They will push you out within the first 30 days so that way you can't try on a mask that will work for you that way you have to pay them and they make money. They actually moved offices and when I went in to return my machine today there were three other people that showed up and said that they talk to the office that morning and nobody mentioned that they had moved offices one man was very upset because they were charging his insurance fraudulently. The construction worker that was at the building said that the owner of the building bent over backwards for these people and they were sheisters and to avoid them at all cost. I went in to their new office and the blonde girls at the front was very RUDE and DISMISSIVE of me and the fact that I told her she should tell people in the phone they moved. She said they sent letters out and that people should know that. I then mentioned something about billing and she said she has nothing to do with that so I don't have to tell her anything and she doesn't want to hear it. For somebody at the front desk and the first contact with the business this girl was very very rude and didn't care it was not her job not her responsibility so she really didn't care. Their office manager should be knowledgeable of all of this and doesn't seem to be and seems to condone their employees rudeness and it showed in an e-mail she sent me. Their billing department has no clue how insurance works ! I have reported them to the Insurance company. I am in the process of reporting them to the State and to the BBB. I found the service to be exceptional. When I had my first appointment with CPAP Now the technician explained everything fully and let me try out the Dreamwear nasal pad by taking a little "nap"! Great experience and I LOVE not having to wear a full face mask anymore! Much better than Lincare - who I was with for seven or eight years - and who NEVER went out of their way to assist me except when it was time to give them money. Lincare sold me outdated equipment and never told me about better options. read more

Rose, CPAPnow's nurse technician, fitted me for a mask and told me that if the mask didn't work out that I had 30 days to return and replace at no additional cost. I knew after 3 days that the mask did not work for me, but when I called Rose to get a replacement, she stonewalled me and made it difficult to impossible to get a new mask. I was forced to go out of my insurance network to purchase a different mask, which worked out great, but cost me extra money! I have horrible insurance, so I don't totally blame CPAPnow for my issues. What I can tell you is that CPAPnow will RIP YOU OFF if you let them. They are charging $1800.00 ++ for a Dream Machine DSX500T11C, that you can easily buy online for $599.00 to $839.00. Please be aware that this company will RIP YOU OFF! They are much like predatory lenders, except they prey on the sick and dying. read more

Avoid them unless you like dealing with deceptive business practices of making promises and then getting cryptic billing statements and lack of working with your insurance coverage or charging a fair amount for equipment. Prices on-line are over 50% lower than what they will charge. read more
