We take the test back and we get a call after the information has been processed that my husband needs to come back in to discuss the results, okay fine. They tell him the results are not conclusive enough to say that he has sleep apnea and that the dr recommends taking another test. So my husband does what the dr says and takes another test. And then again goes back in for them to tell him, yes you do have sleep apnea. Okay great. We move along wit the process of getting him a CPAP elsewhere. When we finally get our bill in the mail we have been charged $170 for EACH office visit, one of which they literally just said "oh you need to take it again for a more conclusive result". AND they charges for both sleep studies even though the first was not conclusive, because "the dr still had to evaluate the graphs from the study" a study with barely two hours of information on it. Not only is their billing a joke, so is their customer service. While trying to figure out why we were being charged for all these things I obviously had to call them several times, their billing department, as well as the receptionist. The dr kept giving everyone different answers as to why my husband needed to take another sleep study. Any time I would call with questions no one would answer, I almost always has to leave a voicemail and wait 1-3 days for a call back. And when I did get a call back from the receptionist, Melissa, she would give no helpful information and say "I will have to talk with the dr about that and give you a call back" which happened several times, only to never recieve a call back and I would have to follow up with her, but again she never answers the phone. I have been dealing with this since the beginning of October and have now been trying for 4 days to get ahold of them, and they refuse to answer my calls. I even involved my insurance company and had them call on my behalf, they called the same exact number I have been calling and of course she answered the phone for them. I then called immediately after and no answer. Seriously a joke of a business.

They told me they would not bill my insurance, however, gave me the receipt to bill my insurance on my own and submit it, the insurance approved it but I had already paid cash for the machine at the store. So number one that really pissed me off, that they would not just run it through on their own. So I tried the airmini that night and the hose and headgear that they gave me with it Was way too loud to actually fall asleep with. I took it back in the next day, and the technicians wouldn't even come out to see me, they sent the Eastern European receptionist lady out to tell me that there were no refunds on the device. The funny thing is, I didn't even remotely ask for a refund, just wanted to get a mask that would work with this machine. Finally one of the technicians came out and took me back, the large younger clinician, who was attempting to intimidate me, took the mask that I brought in and threw it against the wall. It was comical! Finally got a new mask out of them that wasn't nearly as loud and was able to use it. However, I will never give these idiots business again.

It is important for people to educate themselves about these abusive practices by medical providers.
