I value that they are using an…read moreEchart system now (Healow app)... technically they were under Saltzer, but they didn't really use... now that they are "Everything Sleep", no longer Saltzer... looks like they are no fully utilizing the Healow Echart app features... which is especially helpful for those of us that need ADA Accommodations (like more written vs verbal communication, etc.) I use Lindcare for my cpap supplies... unfortunately it's been a week & haven't heard back from them. I do sure wish Drs would fu on refers/notes instead of making us patients fu with everyone & their dog. But it seems the norm sadly (& Lincare does not use an Echart system nor email, so no efficient way to fu w/them in writing.)

Yet, I have multiple graduate degrees and am a Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality. He tried to scam me into believing I needed expensive CPAP equipment that I do not need. Stay away from this place! I see many other complaints about this place. Why are they still open? All these companies receive Medicare reimbursement, but CPap acts more like a private company wanting to earn your business.
