My goodness she doesn't even want to give cough medicine with codeine in it as she believes you will become addicted to it. Her mannerisms, knowledge, patient care are all to be extremely lacking. I would not recommend her to any person. Remember this is all at the expense of the patient.

I assumed that my insurance had covered it and assumed it was taken care of since I hadn't heard anything. Come to find out, my account was filled in as "self pay" even though I had insurance at the time. Fast forward to 10 days ago when I received my very first bill where they also informed me that they would be passing my bill onto collections if I didn't pay by the 15th of December. I called and talked to Mary in billing and she said she would email me paperwork to fix it so that I was able to make payments. I agreed after she was extremely defensive because I expressed my disappointment in being billed 3 years later and right before Christmas. I never ended up revieving any paperwork and checked my email everyday for the last week. She then emailed me yesterday, with the paperwork, and said that she would be sending me to collections because I didn't send in the paperwork. I have NEVER been sent to collections in my life! I pay my bills and have never been so disgusted with the way I've been treated for the last week and a half from a business. Please do you and your family a favor and run far away from this office!
