I went in days before my appointment missed my appointment. Stephanie Dr Crownovers RN saw me. The next time they spoke she told him how I wasn't acting right, my skin color was not good, I was glassy eyed. He said called him and get him in here. That busy people would take time out of their day to be concerned about someone that most practices would consider just another patient amazes me. The story gets better, I went in and Dr Crownover did blood tests in house. Who has a lab in their Practice TV Medicine does. In a short time He told me to go to a certain place because they work with my insurance better and cost less. He was truly concerned about me from my health to finances. About 30 minutes later getting a CT scan. Dr Crownover himself calls me and tells me that someone needs to take me to the hospital. At the hospital I am told that I may not survive. I had a mess in my liver that was over 30cm in diameter. It had filled my body with ammonia I was in trouble. The hospital did a good job of helping me get my health turned around. I was sent home after the hospital had told me that their home care manager had set up everything and I was good to go home and people would be calling and setting up taking care of my home care needs. About a week later and no one has called I have no idea who to call. My wife called and Spoke with Michaela and Stephanie. They have stepped in and taken such good care of me. I have no words to say thank you big enough. Other than to say you have saved my life.

Dr Pellant has been my family's primary care provider for 10 years. We first selected her out of convenience to our home. We moved across town to follow her because she is that great. When we have those unexpected needs for her care or that of the other staff, they always find a way to squeeze us in. She, her nurse Allia, have gotten to know each member of my family and are able to converse with us about more than what's written on our charts. We love them. I saw her for the first time right after she moved into her new office on Cherry. I was very impressed with Cherese's knowledge on the lap band procedure. She was even trained by Allgeran, the manufacture to do the fills. My favorite part, she's had the surgery done herself. It was so nice to talk to a provided that had gone through the same surgical procedure as me. She understood what I was feeling, what I was going through. Both Cherese and her husband Dan are truly two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Dan handles all of the front desk billing and management while Cherese sees patients. They know all their patients on a first name basis. I was so impressed, now my two year old daughter and I both see her as our primary care physician. It's very refreshing to find a doctor that has decided to take a step back from corporate medicine. She takes the time to sit and talk to her patients, getting to know them on a personal level and truly tries to help them. All while going above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. I assumed that my insurance had covered it and assumed it was taken care of since I hadn't heard anything. Come to find out, my account was filled in as "self pay" even though I had insurance at the time. Fast forward to 10 days ago when I received my very first bill where they also informed me that they would be passing my bill onto collections if I didn't pay by the 15th of December. I called and talked to Mary in billing and she said she would email me paperwork to fix it so that I was able to make payments. I agreed after she was extremely defensive because I expressed my disappointment in being billed 3 years later and right before Christmas. I never ended up revieving any paperwork and checked my email everyday for the last week. She then emailed me yesterday, with the paperwork, and said that she would be sending me to collections because I didn't send in the paperwork. I have NEVER been sent to collections in my life! I pay my bills and have never been so disgusted with the way I've been treated for the last week and a half from a business. Please do you and your family a favor and run far away from this office!

This was my second visit to Primary Health in the span of 3 days. Nothing dramatic... just for a…read moreflu shot for myself. A little late in the season, but accomplished nonetheless. I came to this location last year for my flu shot as well, and both times were very easy. They already had my records and my insurance was current. They did not have to collect a co-pay so check-in was a breeze. There was two other people waiting and they were called back quickly. I waited about 7-8 minutes. The waiting room is a very typical set-up. Uncomfortable (but nice and wide) chairs, a random cooking show on the TV and an assortment of magazines. My oldest kiddo accompanied me (for hand holding during the shot, of course) and she was pretty jazzed about the double water fountain. So there you go. A very nice nurse took me in back and the whole thing lasted about 30 seconds! :) I prefer to get my flu shot from a nurse, rather than at the pharmacy and I've had great experiences at PH!

The ENTIRE team here at Andersen family care are the most wonderful, welcoming, caring, giving, understanding and I could go on and run out of room to type. From the welcome area, nurses, phlebotomist and last but definitely not least, Dallin. I have not felt more of a "home" type of vibe at a doctors office since this place. Dallin listens to you, but not just to respond but because he wants to understand so he can help you. We talked more about and through issues I had been having recently with knee surgery and associated pains emotional and mental, to the point where I felt more like he was a friend who let me lean on him when I needed a friend to. As I gathered myself on to my crutches I shook his hand and used both hands to let him know how much I appreciate everyone I had come in contact with since opening these doors.
