Amazing Alex! Do you ever dread upgrading to new phones…read morebecause you know the process is worse than buying a new car? That was us! We arrived armed with skepticism and left totally awed by Alex Clark and the transparency of the experience. I have a gut instinct about people and Alex quickly won my trust. He explained every absolute detail known to man regarding the phones, the contracts, the options without pushing for a decision. There was no expectation to leave with new phones- he would give us the printed bid- yes you read that right-the PRINTED bid. In the past I have walked from upgrading my phone when I was presented with a multitude of verbal quotes-nothing in writing,-and promises my bill would be lower than my previous bill- but no definitive agreement. Not with Alex- he would have met with us all day answering any questions we had- we never felt rushed. What we did feel was respect, patience, clarity and actually joy as Alex continued to deliver both professionally and with his endearing enthusiasm. Yes we left with new phones, and several Verizon products. We hope Alex never leaves Verizon- but we know he is a gem and may be snatched up in another capacity. A plus for Alex and a minus for us. When you want an exemplary phone buying experience ask for Alex Clark.
