Came in today to see if they could remove a stripped screw. Said "$35 if we could take it out". $35 for a stripped screw. I respected it regardless and said ok. 45 minutes later told me they couldn't and then showed me an even worse screw. First of all, the technician of the shop didn't talk to me then. It was another employee who couldn't tell much about the result, besides that they couldn't. I had to ask for the tech, and then when he came out, he didn't tell me anything besides that "he tried" and ignored me, looking at his TV or something. I walked away and he sarcastically told me to "have a good day" afterwards. I came back after looking at the device and seeing how badly they messed it up. Told me that they worked for "free" and that I was "bitching" and told me to "get the fuck out of here". Firstly, why would you pay anyone for a failed repair, much less one that made more damage? I understand that he worked for the device to be fixed, but now I have no way to repair this device because of the damage that the technician made. I wanted a fair shake, but instead he cursed me out. I would rate it lower if I could!!

    I went in to ask some questions of my phone service contract. the wait was less than 5 minutes and…read morewe were taken care of by Miguel. we then went to a table and everything was going good until the fruit flies started flying all over us. we stayed put but after a few minutes we had to move tables due to the fact that there was so many. at the other table it was ok. but then it started again. one of them almost went into my nostril. i had to keep putting my hands up to brush them off. i felt so bad for miguel he was being harassed by the fruit flies too. i did not see any food or fruit out anywhere, so the question is where and why is that problem there. i couldn't bare be there more than 20 minutes i feel bad for your employees. is that even sanitary for your employees or your customers? you are a big company and i can imagine you can spare some money to take care of this problem. put your employees and customers safety first. i feel bad for your employees working there and have to deal with this unsanitary issue. Miguel is a great employee and he and your other employees deserve better, do better. miguels customer service was more than i expected. i hope if i go back soon, if i need any more information and not have to deal with fighting off the fruit flies. please do better. show how much you value your customers as well as your employees.

So, her ID didn't work, she didn't have her pin, but her credit card was able to charge her every month. My mom started to feel hopeless. Danny, the manager in turn, started getting into a shouting match with my dementia mother. He than, said he couldn't help. I called the company and finally after calling several times, they changed my mother's first name to her last. Now, trying to pay for my mother's bill has taken an hour an half so far today, even though I am in the account. ATT has the rudest and worst customer service I have ever seen! If you can, stay away from this company!!!

(My item wasn't even listed but he was able to special order it and still I got in a few hours !) Of course I read all the reviews I could on yelp about different electronics brokers like you all. You never once said anything or did anything I wouldn't expect if I had perfect credit so thank you for that as well. As far as the operation you run... well let's just say I had gotten approved and placed an order from another outlet last week and after many emails , calls that were 'out of hours' and messages never returned I wasn't sure what to do. I ran across you guys and well basically two hours later I had my soundbar. Funniest part is that after you and I got off the phone and I sent you my docs that other place emailed me saying my order was in process and to e-sign my lease. I politely replied "I went with another company so please cancel my order!" I'm truly grateful for your effort and so glad to have found your company!" The person on the phone was very nice as well and there was no "shady" feeling... he was very transparent with the price. I think this is just a local electronics dealer who is using progressive leasing to fund his customers. The longer you take to pay, the more the product will cost, but that's understandable considering that they don't check your credit. It essentially works like QVC where there is a markup on the product, but you have a year or so to pay it off.

Honestly I'm glad he helped me out because most of the prices he was offering were unbeatable compared to other phone services. I was able to walk away with a new iPhone 17 pro plus, accessories, phone line, streaming services, and home internet for an incredible price. That was a chore and took too long to accomplish. 2nd time was to try and upgrade and had to wait way to long so we left. So I went this week during a weekday and got there and there was 3 customers being helped. I waited for over 15 mins and no one acknowledged me it said we will be with you in a moment. I wanted to buy a new iPhone and kept waiting. Finally and employee told a customer to hold on came from behind her kiosk and I thought was going to speak with me and let me know I will be next. No she just walked past me and took a call on her phone outside. I just left after that. Not sure why I keep trying this location.
