Tuna Melt

The service and ambiance is great for a pool side cafe. The food looked great, but the was very bland. It just wasn't exciting and very common. The drinks and quick service makes up for the taste.

Let me give you the run down. You can only come here if you're a hotel guest. I didn't get any food but the drinks are of course over priced. If you're on a budget this is not the place for you. Just spend your money and have a great time enjoying the pool. There's waitresses but you're better off getting your own drinks. I love how they have an adult pool and a family pool. They have music and on the weekends they usually have a DJ. If you're a guest you definitely have to check out the Cove!!

Mixologist Samantha makes tasty drinks! We ordered a couple Miami Vice mixed drinks and they were delicious! Thanks Samantha and Pechanga. Happy 4th of July!!!

We popped in a bit early and it was happy hour time. Although the happy hour menu was not really offered to us until we asked- the happy hour selection is very limited, but the specialty drink of the night was a good change up on regular offerings on happy hour. The happy hour drink was $10.00. As it was so early, just opened on a weekday, we were at the bar all by ourselves. The bar was a bit bright at this time--I think it was so bright as the employees were busy restocking. I have heard during prime time the place is more darkly lit and super busy. Despite the brightness it was fun to marvel at all the cool decors. This place has tons of decorations. Parking can be found on the street. The parking is metered. During prime-time downtown can be challenging to park. Worth a visit just to marvel at the decorations.

Pretty atmosphere and even could hear each other when talking Everything was delicious! Will definitely bring our family/visitors here again! Got valet parking for the grandparents and easy walk-in with the restaurant just to the left of the valet entrance. Drinks: various margaritas, Jamaica and Horchata were great. Appetizers: Oxtail empanadas, queso fundido and guacamole made at the table were perfect with the excellent chips and salsa. Meals: Chicken molé, shrimp tacos, and cilantro skirt steak super good. Dessert: must have mini churros with dipping sauces!!!

She had a nice accent and she probably could have got us to buy anything, to tell you the truth. The food was good. I liked the light, crispy, and flakiness of the taquitos. The oxtail was sweet, which I did not expect. The churros were brown on the outside and not cooked on the inside, which was disappointing to us. The Birria which was fun to build it, but was a little bland. But the plate was finished. We spent about $85 for these things and an iced tea. I feel like this place doesn't get as much movement as the other restaurants cause it's the furthest from the gaming area. But gets a lot of service when there are conventions or events because it's on that side of the resort. If you have a chance, try it out.

We ordered a bunch to share--pizza, burgers, shishito peppers, pesto pasta, and goat cheese toast--all of which were delish. That said, there were a few downsides. At one point, the server forgot to put in my order, which was fine since we were all full, but it was a bit funny waiting for a burger that wasn't even in the system. We were excited to hear the band, but with some tech difficulties and having been there over an hour, we decided it was time to head out. Overall, it's a good place with great vibes, good food, and wonderful service. Definitely a spot I'd return to for a relaxed night out.

We still come here for brunch occasionally & taco Tuesdays when they have them (currently not happening). Seating is pretty open & outdoor patio is very nice on a warm day. The restaurant doubles as a club on weekends with a dj. They also offer events during the week at times like a sip & paint or karaoke you just need to check the website to find out what & when. Staff is super friendly & since they are known to get busy at times we have learned to be very patient when this occurs... we know that tge servers are well worth the wait! My favorite dish here is the avocado toast or the tomato addiction appetizer. During Christmas they have really tasty cocktails & decorations to make it feel festive/cozy. Downside is the restrooms: only 2 both co Ed & they often smell. So I often wait until we go somewhere else to potty.
