We've been sitting poolside directly across the pool from the bar. Flagged down a server after 20 minutes sitting and received the wrong drink. When we did get it we were charged $6 extra (no idea what for). Now havr been waiting to order food and another drink for over an hour. Watching servers just standing around, and not one has come to us. Sad service. read more

Great service! Great spot to hang out if you want a break from the pool. Drinks were great, wanted to try the Froze drink but the machine wasn't working so they blended us some frozen margaritas. The tuna melt on brioche with tomato pickle and lettuce was light and delicious. Fries were great too. Awesome spot at the resort. read more

Let me give you the run down. You can only come here if you're a hotel guest. I didn't get any food but the drinks are of course over priced. If you're on a budget this is not the place for you. Just spend your money and have a great time enjoying the pool. There's waitresses but you're better off getting your own drinks. I love how they have an adult pool and a family pool. They have music and on the weekends they usually have a DJ. If you're a guest you definitely have to check out the Cove!! read more

Roasted Garlic & Herb Hummus is served with fried Naan bread, carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers, and cucumbers. This was one of the best hummuses I've ever had. The roasted garlic and herbs gave it such an umami flavor that we couldn't stop eating it. The texture was creamy and worked perfectly as a dip for the crudités. This was also the first time I had ever tried fried naan before. Delicious! Rating: 5/5 Caesar Salad made with romaine hearts, herb croutons, and asiago cheese tossed with Caesar dressing. You can add grilled chicken, grilled steak, or seared ahi tuna. The ahi was seared perfectly and had melt-in-your-mouth sushi-grade texture. It was warm at high noon, so the salad was rather refreshing. The Caesar dressing was good as well, not too lemony. Rating: 5/5 Mom craved the Hot Dog, an all-beef sausage served with house potato chips. She opted to swap the potato chips in favor pineapple-mango slaw. The hot dog hit the spot with a meaty, juicy bite. The slaw was refreshing with the sweet flavors of pineapple and mango plus had a nice crunch from the cabbage. Rating: 4.5/5 Frozen Yogurt was scooped and topped with M&M's and cereal. I haven't seen frozen yogurt scooped in a long time. I am used to having it swirled into a cup from a machine. It was creamy and ice cold, a cool relief to the hot afternoon weather. The M&M's and cereal added a nice texture and hit our sweet spot. Rating: 4.5/5 Rice Crispy Bar was served so fancifully in triangles dipped in white and dark chocolates, then surrounded by mini M&M's. Went to the pool last weekend and had an amazing time. Weather was great and my date and I had a great time. We had great service from 2 different servers and a great guy at the swim-up bar. I didn't catch the names unfortunately. My date ordered a house Mai Tai and I tried a pina colada. Both tasted great and we split a chicken sandwich that the breast was cooked perfectly. If my date gives me another chance our 2nd date will be back at the Cove. See you soon! read more

I dont like to be negative but this was a horrible experience. Krystal a poolside server was the worst!!! We asked to place an order but I was told to go to the bar while she served everyone else near me. I complained to the pool manager and he sent Krystal back over a half hour later. I asked for a different server and another half hour later someone showed up but we had already just went to the snack bar to order. While I was discussing my experience tbe other 2 female servers watched laughing at us. I am so disappointed. The worst service. I liked people at the bar and snack bar but the manager should have fixed things and Krystal needs a new line of work! So disappointed! read more

Hung out there today by the pool and got hungry and I was blown away by how good their poolside menu was! We got the Garlic Hummus served with veggies and fried naan and the Cove burger. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS! I couldn't stop eating the hummus and the burger was cooked to perfection! The pool was also very clean and the servers were very quick and nice. This made our relaxing day awesome! read more

Reserved a cabana for my wife and myself so we can rest by the pool but didn't turn out how it should have gone. As soon as we went into our cabana we waited about 20 min to see if a waitress will come by and take our order or at least check up on us. Then a worker dressed in black passed by and asked if we needed help. I expressed that we needed a waiter/waitress and she responded that they will get one to tend to us. That did not happen. It was about an hour of wait before I decided that I should go and talk with the snack bar so that we can order some food and drinks. Apparently you cannot order food or drinks for your cabana through the snack bar or matter of fact any bar. The only one who is allowed to make order for the cabana is a waitress. The person who i spoke with then said they would send a waitress to our cabana after i told them what cabana number my wife and i were staying in. About 20 minutes after that, a waitress(taylor) came by and took our order without apologies for the lack of service and went to put the order in and get our food and drinks. She also asked us for a debit card to keep on hold not open a tab. Our waitress then went ahead to charge the card that was given to keep on hold before the order came out and explaining that she is clocking out soon, asked us to sign the bill and left with that. Thankfully we recieved a new waitress after the first one clocked out. The next waitress(kaitlyn) was a lot more competent in many ways. I hope that service will not always be like what was given to my wife and I today. read more

Sat at the pool bar and ordered a drink...it was just ok. Standard Bloody Mary nothing special. Waited about 45 minutes to order a second drink...all the servers were very busy serving all the other ppl (all 3 of them) and making drinks for the servers serving people in the cabanas. They never served us. We had to get back to our kids that were in the pool. Hoping a server would come around to where we were sitting poolside...nope, never happened. We just ended up going back to the room where there was plenty of drinks and the best part...they were free. Thx Pechanga u just saved me lots of money. Ordered twice. First order was popcorn shrimp $12 and meat lovers flat bread $13. Kids ate it up! Would definitely order again. Considering how much we paid portion size just barely enough for one person on food restrictions! Second order was sweet potato fries $6 and wings $11. Kids hardly touched it :( Don't blame them and would never order again! Fries were soggy and wings were dry. I gave 3 stars because we tried it twice in one day and only enjoyed half the food. read more
