After a very frustrating season with JAS Pools, I feel compelled to share my experience. While many…read moremembers of their team have been wonderful, the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability from the company has been incredibly disappointing. I specifically selected and paid for a new pool cover to replace one I no longer wanted. Instead, I received essentially the same cover we were intentionally trying to replace. Despite repeated attempts to get answers, I have received no explanation, no effort to make things right, and no accounting for the price difference between what I paid for and what was actually provided. To make matters worse, I recently discovered that my saltwater system is outdated and no longer functioning properly, which apparently explains why chemicals were being used during the final weeks of the season. Again, no one thought to communicate this to me or discuss a solution. Mistakes happen. I understand that. But what separates a good company from a disappointing one is how they handle those mistakes. A simple, honest conversation, some accountability, and a genuine effort to resolve the issues would have gone a long way. It's unfortunate because there are genuinely good people working at JAS Pools. However, the repeated lack of follow-through and transparency has overshadowed the positive experiences I've had with their team. When you're paying for professional pool service, you expect honesty, communication, and a company that stands behind its work. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience this season. I truly wanted to be able to recommend JAS Pools to my friends and neighbors. Instead, I'm left chasing answers about products I've already paid for and problems that should have been addressed months ago. Very disappointing.

He offered to send over two different pool techs the next morning and have our service completed at a heavily discounted rate. Our techs, Alex and Marlon, were wonderful and did a great job. After the service was complete Anthony called me again to see how it went and ending up comping the entire service for us. While it started off a little rocky, they definitely made right nbd us and we hope to use them again. **** Very disappointed in our service, especially because they came so highly recommended. We hired them for a power vacuum and were scheduled for Monday 6/22 between 11-3. When I got home from work at 3:30 the pool techs were fast asleep in their van in my driveway. Once they woke up they worked for about an hour and told me they don't have time to finish (but had time to nap) and said they would reschedule me for later in the week. They left a hose running in my pool without telling me and it ran so long it almost overfilled. We were scheduled to have them come back and finish this Saturday 6/27 between 1-5 and they never showed up. No one called to inform of us a change in scheduling. When I called to cancel any future services with them and express these concerns all I was told was "I understand." I never post reviews, but we are extremely disappointed in the service we received and after getting minimal response when I called to express these concerns, a review felt warranted.
