Next-Day-Blinds outfit that measured our triple-sliding deck door (2 stationery, 1 sliding panels) went out of business before we could complete that order/ installation and the outfit that bought them wanted 3x more money. So we looked around and found this business. Promised product install 8-10 weeks from order - delivered. Upon arrival, extremely sensitive to COVID - as are most nowadays. Damaged the door moulding and left it that way - terrible but repaired on return trip. Knocked off the alarm sensor (twice) - careless. Installed but shutter covered a floor register - wasn't supposed to be that way. Stated this was indeterminate at the time of the order but this is inconsistent with what my wife requested and was told. We determined the register was covered because the tri-shutter unit was reversed (center should've been forward, outside should've been rearward) - error. Upon return to correct the installation, stated "we won't be responsible if the alarm sensor gets damaged - unnecessary and unprofessional. If you hire them, record your agreement on audio. Inspect everything very closely at the job's completion. Great product but service needs improvement. read more

We recently built a home and like all new constructions, they don't come with window coverings. The other one didn't bother to call us back to reschedule after we couldn't make the appointment. I have very bad experience to share. First of all we did not like the quality of blinds(both faux wood and honeycomb) installed. Some of the faux wood blinds threads broke within an year. Some of the Honeycomb blinds installed by covering windows are not retracting well. Mr.Kass offered lifetime warranty on these blinds and never responded to several calls and messages. He finally showed up, took pictures and after 2 days texted that company is not willing to replace with no proper explanation or reason provided.
