Following a windstorm earlier this year, we needed to find a contractor to perform roofing…read more repairs. I found DryHome on a neighborhood website and was impressed with their ratings so contacted them. They responded quickly and sent a wonderful, polite person (Mike) to do the inspection and discuss our options. He explained every aspect of the work that would be needed, but also WHY the work was necessary. I contacted my insurance company, submitted a claim and got the repair underway. The day work began, DryHome showed up in force with a large team. They began early that morning and were done by the time we arrived home from work, and the roof looked incredible. Now, there are plenty of roofing contractors out there who can put up a beautiful roof on your home but what makes DryHome different was their professional integrity and dedication to their client. Their customer service comes from a bygone era when one's word and reputation was more important than profit. Their expertise dealing with insurance companies turned out to be a key factor. Where many roofing contractors would accept an insurance company's initial monetary proposal, DryHome went to bat FOR ME. They countered the insurance company's denials with detailed and comprehensive packets justifying the work done. They fought the insurance company FOR ME. That's rare to see such dedication and devotion to resolving a client's issues. They didn't have to go that extra mile. Most roofers probably wouldn't or would even have the competent professionals that know how - but DryHome sure does. Not only was their service, professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work top notch, but the final cost was considerably less than what I was expecting. So, we experienced not only amazing service, representation, and courtesy, but at a cost that was very reasonable and detailed. Now, here's a bonus I never even considered when this began. The roof looks so good on our house now that I'm certain it's increased our property value. In fact, I believe it's increased the value even more than what it cost to replace the roof... This wasn't just a necessary repair, but an investment that has delivered an immediate return! I never even considered that aspect, but that has made this entire experience with DryHome unlike any other I've ever had with another contractor.... And one that stands out as the best ever. I believe in promoting contractors that go above and beyond like DryHome and am happy to recommend DryHome for any home repair services they provide that you may need. You will get top quality service with the best products at an amazingly reasonable price, but also a dedicated, responsible team of professionals who will fight for YOU, and believe in their company and it's reputation - and they back it up. That is truly rare and special.

Clearly, one of the finest roofing companies in the area. Augustine is the real deal…read more After 30 years, it was time to replace our roof. Using the Washington Consumer Checkbook and Yelp to find the best roofers, we received estimates from four top companies. Augustine came in almost $2K cheaper than the next lowest bidder. Not only is their pricing fair, but you will receive a comprehensive estimate, a portal which allows you to view scheduling and ask questions and quality workmanship. Augustine uses quality material and doesn't skimp. As a bonus, they allow payment by credit card, so you can rack up those points! Props to our contact Johnny. He made the entire process easy and less scary. Everything was done ahead of schedule and there was absolutely no material left on the surrounding grounds. Not a single shingle or nail was left. If you want your roofing project completed on time, correctly and at a fair price, look no further than Augustine.

Do not bother to contact them because you will not receive any service…read more I chose them because they had accessible website that did not abuse me like other websites. We are ASD family. I had my ASD spouse who can communicate via telephone (I cannot) call them and also fill in their website request form. That was in beginning of July. It is now August 15th. We still did not even get an appointment date. I have mobility impairment and my spouse has mobility limitation and because of that we cannot clean gutters ourselves. Meanwhile because of clogged gutters water has been pouring to the foundation and basement has been flooded all these days. I live in the basement because it is dark, quiet, and cold and I have sensory sensitivity to light, noise, and heat. Because of floods black mold has been growing in the basement and I have been exposed to it. Today I woke up from suffocating to death and found out that all my airways are blocked and I am bleeding from my mouth and my nose. I have asthma and exposure to black mold really did do its thing. At their request, we had already rescheduled another contractor as they can't have others on the property during service. Very disappointing since their reviews otherwise seem fine, although now I see several complaints that they're prone to missing the day they confirm.

We were pleased with his crew and the work they did. 25 years later, needing exterior wood rot to be fixed and the house's trim to be painted, we thought again of Dori. His business has grown but his approach has not changed. The estimate that Scott and Pablo gave was thorough, Marvin and the crew showed up on time, worked tirelessly, were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and did an outstanding job. Of course, as Dori led us to expect, the team discovered additional rot as they worked. I cannot overstate the diligence Marvin in particular brought to the task of identifying and fixing the rot. Dori's company is not inexpensive but it is worth every penny. We could not be more pleased about the work his team did or more enthusiastic about Dori and the company and culture he has built and maintained over time.

I got several quotes from other gutter replacement groups in the area, and when I first met Charlie I instantly knew he is who I wanted to hire to replace our very cool (but old and failing) front gutter.
