I reached out and worked with Don, who was able to give me a quote based on measurements and pictures without forcing me to schedule an appointment and sit through a sales pitch. As a working mom I loved that! Chris (owner) also followed up offering to answer any questions. After getting quotes, I decided to go with Care Contracting because of their reputation (I was referred by a colleague who used and lived them), price, license, and warranty. After letting Don know I wanted to move forward, he scheduled someone to come out for measurements so that my doors could be custom made. Doors took about 5 weeks from measurements to when they were ready for install (also over the holidays and snowstorms--actual times are likely faster, but we had told them we weren't in a rush). Install day came and they sent clear instructions to make it smooth (remove furniture and items from the area, including curtains and rods). A small team showed up, did a quick walkthrough, and confirmed everything was correct and before they started work. They then worked quickly and cleanly--didn't even have to remove the interior trim which saved me time and paint!
