He measured all of the windows and came back with the most competitive quote that we received. Plus, he is super friendly and definitely knows what he is doing. His wood shutters are custom made locally and of the best quality. That said, the shutters did take about 8 weeks to be completed, but they were worth the wait! We also had them install some wood blinds on our side rooms and a cool shade on our front door that is mostly glass and very exposed. Those came our perfectly as well! I love the front door shade (I was hesitant about it at first). Now to shutter install day - the team arrived right on schedule and the shutters look AMAZING! I am obsessed. We have an older ranch home that has been remodeled but some of the window frames are funky (Wider at the top than the bottom, etc.), and they cut them perfectly to fit - you'd never know! They also drilled into our block walls, no problem. Thank you for making my window covering dreams come true, Boyd! Now our neighbors can't watch our every move from morning to night. ha!

Blind brothers quoted the most reasonable solution for our sliding door. Everyone else wanted to go too fancy. The rolling shade in one room had a minor imperfection and Blind Brothers ordered a replacement before I ever saw the installation. They came back and replaced it at no charge. He spoke to me about the space expectations for heavy drapery, as well as the maintenance requirements, and we quickly pivoted to other options. When he brought up the idea of a pull-down shade, I balked hard; my visions of those types of shades was outdated. We ended up choosing exactly what he suggested and I AM ECSTATIC! It took about four weeks to come in, the installer showed up right on time, and this is a blackout shade that looks so elegant and modern - I am thrilled. It rolls smoothly, and as it rolls down it seamlessly glides over the sliding glass door handle. I was envisioning something more clunky, something that protruded but this lays flat and truly blocks the light. The pricing was also very fair and competitive; they came in at far less than the Shade Store. I would go back to them for any window treatment needs, and recommend them to everyone!

She responded that she wouldn't do those types of blinds until we moved in and had furniture in the rooms. She then stated our neighborhood was too loud as other homes were being built. She told us she would email a price for a large window motorized Roman shade but she never did. Needless to say the meeting was a complete waste of time. I cannot believe what horrible customer care we received. I never received an email with swatches. Which would be exactly why you never heard a response. A business owner would normally follow up with an email, phone call or text with a customer after a week or so after an email ascended with no response. As a customer, you should respect when I say I know what I'm looking for and I want to see these color schemes and fabrics. So now you're saying, my husband was a liar about the comments you made about our neighborhood; that is very unprofessional.

Greg, the owner, came out with his wife for the initial consultation, walked us through the different options, and helped us pick colors and styles that matched each room without ever making us feel pressured. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for motorized blinds, and the turnaround was excellent. Our blinds arrived in about two weeks, and installation couldn't have gone smoother. Greg was in and out in less than an hour, everything worked perfectly before he left, and there wasn't a single thing to clean up afterward. My toddler loves pressing the up and down button on her new blinds and loves the fact that she can see out the windows and watch our squirrels in the backyard now! It's always nice to support a small owner-operated business that takes pride in their work, and Coyote Blind Company definitely fits that description. The entire process was professional, efficient, and exactly as promised. I'd 100% recommend Greg and his team if you're looking for quality window coverings in the Phoenix area.
