I had a great experience with Scot and his team. He was helpful and patient during the initial consultation. Listened to our preferences and showed us several options to meet our needs and fit within our budget. Scheduling and preparing for the install was easy as the office provided clear instructions ahead of time. The install crew was professional and respectful of our home. They even vacuumed as they did the install and went back over the new carpet before they left. We noticed a few bubbled up spots the days after the install. I contacted the office and they sent out a couple guys to fix the issues, no questions asked. We're very happy with our carpet and highly recommend Coventry.

Coventry Carpets is an excellent source for both your home or office carpet needs. I have used them for both over a period of about 15 years. They will bring samples to your home or office or you can visit their showroom. Their prices are fair and their installation team is about as good as it gets. They recently installed carpet in a house that we remodeled and the did a great job, especially on our floating stairs. You can trust them to take great care of your needs.

When the subcontracted came they started the project and RAN OUT OF CARPET. 740 square feet short. It had to be specially ordered again from the carpet company that they use and that took 7 days to get delivered to their store. You would think that since they do the measurements and book a project that they would show up to the job with enough carpet to complete the job. The subcontractors had to communicate this with us. Wagner did not call and apologize for the delay or lack of knowledge. It took an additional week for them to come back and when they did come back they were supposed to come between 9-11am. They did not come until around 3:30 ish. I also was not told they were coming late I had to keep asking. After the carpet was installed they had left a huge mess for us to clean up. All of the leftover carpet fringes were all over the place. The LVP guys, pushed the excess material into the basement drain causing it to clog. Communication with everything was horrible. Before our carpet was installed we had brand new drywall installed and my husband worked very hard to paint the walls before the carpet was laid so we didn't have to paint after new carpet was installed. Unfortunately that was not the case. Our walls were severely damaged due to lack of responsibility with materials. I will attach pictures below. I was in tears over the damage that had been to the walls. I asked the guy what about all the damage in the walls he dabbed paint with a dirty textured hand towel on the wall trying to make it better I said no this is drywall damage. He said to call Wagner because it wasn't him. We called Wagner and told them we needed it fixed. My husband spoke to the "director of operations" and she was unable to authorize a discount of anything else until she spoke to someone higher, not sure who is higher than that but it took her days to come back. We had to fight tooth and nail to get slight compensation for everything we had to deal with. They called us and said their drywall repair guy was too busy so we could hire someone and send them the invoice and they would pay it. We had our drywall guy come back and get a new quote and we sent the quote to wagner. THEN they decided that their drywall guy had time all of the sudden. So now they wasted our drywall's guy time by coming and doing a quote. When their drywall guy came to fix the walls he fixed the dry wall and only wanted to paint small patches. My husband said no you need to paint the whole wall in order to not leave lines. He also did not paint all the way down the walls. He also got a ton of paint in the carpet by the trim area. It was very devastating and missed quite a bit of spots. He also left divots on the wall from his ladder. On top of that he brought his 2 unknown people to the house, I'm assuming his wife and kid but it was very unprofessional. It took him about 3 days to finish it all. This project was supposed to be about 3 days max and it took about a month when it was all said and done. When we put the trim in the bathroom the gap (where LVP meets wall) was larger than what you can reasonably cover with a piece of trim so they had to come back and fix that too. It was so exhausting. Update one year later, the carpet at the seams is bulging and fringing up. So long story short the carpet got installed but I would never hire Wagner again or prefer them to anyone. They keep texting me asking me for reviews and referrals and how I can get a 50 dollar Amazon gift card if someone does a project with them but NO THANK YOU!

During the home visit, they gave me the confidence that they would deliver high-quality work at a fair price--and they absolutely did. I couldn't be happier with the results. The surface looks brand new: smooth, glossy, and completely refreshed. The technician was punctual, professional, and clearly explained the entire process. They took great care to protect the surrounding area and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. What impressed me most was the attention to detail--no drips, bubbles, or uneven spots. The finish looks like it came straight from the factory. Cata's team had to fix a botched job from a previous contractor, which had left the surface peeling and uneven. Now, you'd never know there was ever an issue. If you're considering sink reglazing, I highly recommend this service. Excellent craftsmanship, great value, and a stunning transformation! We had a cheaper quote, but the extra cost was worth it.

They have three racks of carpet samples: plush, textured and a flat pile. They also have other types of flooring. We chose a plush carpet and some really good pad and Brett wrote up our order. He sent our phone number to an installer named Chris who was supposed to call us in a day or two to schedule coming out to measure. When I didn't hear from him for 4 days I called him. He said he couldn't get into his email and didn't know that he was supposed to call. But he did come out a few days later to measure and again a week later to measure the third room that was missed on his first visit (hubby's fault). Being that it was only 3 days before our scheduled install I was definitely nervous. Brett called us two days before install to say they didn't have enough of our chosen carpet and offered the options of choosing a different carpet, doing less area, or getting our full deposit back and not getting carpet. We opted for getting a different carpet so we made that drive up north once again. The morning of our install Chris called to say he couldn't make it but would send his brothers. We had spent days getting the rooms ready - taking out all the stuff in the closets (up to 3 feet off the floor), emptying shelves, and basically removing everything but the heavy furniture. So of course I said ok to having substitute installers. They turned out to be very good and got the job done in one day. So far everything looks great And they only missed one night stand when putting the furniture back. So Sloane's will continue to be our go to for new carpet.

We went thru them together and found the one best for my home! She was terrific! The installer, Scott and his crew, were amazing! Scott supported my decisions and his crew took care of everything in a professional manner. I had also requested my stairs be replaced with LVP. The quote I received apparently was not even close to what the cost would be. Scott was kind enough to explain what would really need to be done for LVP on stairs. I ended up having carpet installed. The crew that did the stairs came quickly to install but told me the measurements were wrong (the salesman's error) and they'd have to come back the next day with the correct amount of new carpet. They did a good job in the end. The entire process ended up taking over a week. Empire did waive the cost of the first bedroom install and I'm grateful for that. The original salesman was bad in every way and made zero effort to provide the information a client would need as well as the products available. If Scott wasn't part of my experience, i would have rated the overall experience one star! I have never had such a great hard working team work on any project in my home. Scott, you and your crew are superior!

My experience with Empire Today and their contractors in the Denver area was far below average…read more From the moment we signed the papers to have vinyl flooring installed on our main floor, we ran into issue after issue. On the first day, two workers came to remove the carpet and prep the floor. Halfway through the day, one worker left for a doctor's appointment and never returned, leaving one person to do the entire job alone. We even bought him lunch because we genuinely felt bad for him. The second day was the same situation, one worker alone installing the floors all day. As the work progressed, we started noticing multiple problems: Missing or incomplete edging Scratches and paint damage to our kitchen island from moving flooring materials around Incorrect trim materials being used because, according to the installer, "the company didn't provide the right materials" The trim pieces didn't match, were oddly shaped, and didn't properly cover areas they were supposed to. My partner ended up repainting and caulking parts themself just to make it look halfway decent. Then we discovered they weren't planning to install flooring in a small connected section near our garage entry and stairs because they "weren't told to do that area." It made absolutely no sense to leave two stairs and a pathway unfinished and different from the rest of the flooring. When we contacted Empire about it, they admitted it was a "misunderstanding" and tried to charge us nearly $1,200 extra to complete the area that should have been included from the beginning. After pushing back, I was able to get the price lowered by a couple hundred dollars, but the entire financing situation became another headache. We had already been approved for a specific financing amount through Empire when we originally signed the contract. When I asked if they could simply add the additional amount onto the financing, they told me they couldn't because only part of the credit line was still available. I then asked if they could split the payment, putting part on the financing and letting me pay the remaining balance out of pocket, and they said they couldn't do that either. So because of THEIR mistake in calculating the flooring square footage, I had to suddenly come up with extra money out of pocket to finish the job. The same installer came back, again working alone, and completed the added section. A few days later, I went downstairs and discovered the carpet at the top stair leading to the basement had been cut up and damaged, and surrounding wood pieces were broken. Nobody mentioned it to us. I contacted Empire again, sent photos, and after over two weeks they finally responded saying they would send the same contractor back out because of their "warranty process." When he returned, he still didn't have the correct materials. At one point he found a piece of picture-frame molding in our garage and asked if he could use that as trim. At that point we just wanted the situation over with and said yes. Now, only weeks later, several sections of the vinyl flooring are separating from each other. We contacted Empire AGAIN and specifically requested a different installer because this same contractor had already returned multiple times to "fix" issues. Today, the exact same installer showed up again and told us the separation was due to weather changes and that he would just glue the planks and hammer them back together. At this point, I would never recommend Empire Today to anyone. The workmanship has been poor, communication has been frustrating, damage was done to our home, and we've had repeated issues within the first month of installation. We're now stuck continuing to pay for flooring that has been a constant headache.
