The place is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. It took a while for our waitress to return to our table to put our order in but once we did the food came out pretty fast. I got the biscuits and gravy with sausage links. A sausage links for overcooked and salty with the rest of the stuff was okay. Get full size of pancakes which is nice . You really get value for your money here. I'm always suspicious of diner coffee not being very good but their coffee was actually pretty good. The kids got the waffles which everyone seemed to enjoy. Overall I enjoyed the meal and would recommend it.

Two things have always been true: the food is consistently great, and the employees are incredibly kind. They genuinely take the time to ask how your day is going and treat you like family. It's especially heartwarming to see how excited they are when my dad walks in the door. As for the food, we had a warm roast beef sandwich with cheddar cheese that was absolutely delicious. It was so flavorful that before I knew it, my sandwich was gone. And I can't forget the cookies -- they're homemade and always fantastic. Whenever I'm back in town, stopping at Schulz for a sandwich is a must.

It was packaged nicely and I was in and out in less than a minute. The sandwich was really good. It was toasted and warm as I ordered it and the proportions were great. I would order again. It is also super cute inside, I was impressed! It was a little more expensive than I would like, but I will plan on eating half the sandwich and chips one day and saving the other half for my air fryer for lunch the next day. This will definitely become my lunch go to and I look forward to trying something new the next time!

We also ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, which of course it was very good . I think if they have new staff, they should definitely be paying attention because this was an awful sandwich and the service was extremely slow! I got a chicken cheesesteak 7 1/2 Inch and my mom a chicken cheddar bacon 7 1/2 inch sub. The young lady at the window was friendly and patient (helped me get to my Rewards acct. via my cellphone number) As soon as I dropped my mom off I drove home to eat. I was starving since neither of us had eaten breakfast or lunch. The sub bread was tough and cracked on top. The meat was dry and salty as well a void of any other flavor. I tried to eat it thinking it's not that bad- but it was. I called my mom to ask how her sub tasted. She immediately said salty. I called and was told they could give me a different bread with many apologies to make things right. I go to my moms, get her sandwich and receipt and spoke with Juan (store manager). He said its impossible that the bread is stale or old because the GM makes it fresh daily. I show him the sub and he said well we can make the same subs again but could not do a different sub/bread. Why would I want a repeat of the salty sub on stale bread we just received? I asked for our money back. We paid cash and I had the receipt. He said only a GM can approve getting our refund. I was starving and now beyond frustrated. He said sorry there's nothing I can do and walked away from the window. This was such a horrible experience. The manager said the sandwiches are pre-seasoned so they can't be too salty also. Lay-Lay, the young lady at the window was the only saving grace for this visit. She was kind, patient, and apologetic.

Solid carryout pizza with really good flavor…read more Ordered for carryout and everything was ready on time, hot, and packaged well. The pizza itself had great balance, crispy crust on the bottom, soft inside, and sturdy enough to hold each slice without flopping. The sauce stood out in a good way, well-seasoned with a nice depth of flavor and the cheese coverage was generous without being greasy. The meat coverage was generous. What I appreciated most was that it tasted fresh and intentional, not mass-produced. Even as carryout, it held up really well by the time we got it back to the hotel. If you're in Brookfield and want dependable, flavorful pizza for a night in, Jimano's is a strong option. I'd order again.

I really wish I liked their sandwiches…read more.. The service is friendly and quick, even during peak hours. The dining area is welcoming but nothing special. I have gotten sandwiches a few times from this spot, but each time I find the same thing: I don't like their bread. The ciabatta is crackly and hurts my mouth. The focaccia is just so much bread for a sandwich. Often I find my sandwich is just dry and not as flavorful as I'd expect for a spot that seems to be innovative and thoughtful about their rotating sandwiches. Every time, I read the description of the sandwich and think it'll be great, but every time I'm disappointed. It's dry and bland. I'd rather spend my money on food I enjoy, which is a bummer because I'd rather support local businesses, but I'd say save your money for Jimmy John's or Jersey Mikes.... But who knows, maybe I'm just not ordering the right thing.
