Although the prices are not comparable to actually being in Egypt, I thought it wasn't that bad. For four people eating like schwein and drinking wine (hey that rhymed!), the end bill was pretty reasonable! Now, before I get your hopes up, the majority of the fairly small but complete menu is what I would call typical white people food (can I say that?) Like fillet of steaks, chicken, pasta, etc. But if I were you (and we did the same) I would definitely try for some of the more Egyptian dishes like Okra with Lamb and Fatta. Don't know Fatta?
