Absolutely the best pool service out there. Kenneth was my pool tech when he worked for another company. He was always very knowledgeable of pool mechanics and chemicals. When he left to start his own business, the quality of my pool service diminished greatly. After about a year or two (and having been with the other company for 5 years), I had enough. I gave Kenneth a call and asked him to come take care of my pool. He doesn't nickel and dime you. Service is top notch (even when I message him at 5am!). He's always courteous and professional. I would love to give them a five star rating but I honestly can not. They do not answer their calls and I complained on Facebook about not hearing from them. Kenneth Couper states he treats all his customers like family, I guess that is true. When you say something he doesn't like, he gets all pissy with you. He accused me of being a different client who wasn't satisfied with his work yet we hadn't used his service. I asked if he would service our pool and he never answered my call or text. Absolute waste of time. Their communication is poor if you call, and they never call you back. Their time keeping is awful and they never completed the job and refused to refund us our money he said we breached the contract, but we didn't have one and he accused us of turning our pool off but der during a storm we will. Don't bother using them. read more
