To this day May 19th I have not received a call to schedule an appointment. It's great companies are busy and their business is good for them but a courtesy call would have been nice. I have used ASP numerous times over the last 10 years for our pool repairs. I'm gathering customer loyalty is not important in these times. Unfortunately I have had to start a new relationship.

Then we got the big dallas storm. Take David something like 4 months to repair the manifold for the hot tub. So I was not able to use it for 4/5 months. But I totally understand. It was short on any supplies all over. So I can't blame him. How ever ever sense then. The service was not good. I don't know if it's something to do with where we located in Richardson. Or maybe my pool was a big and he didn't overcharge. I have no idea. But service was not good. The guy he send will come few min. Clean a bit. And run away. The pool was always dirty. And yellow on the ground. So many times I find my self going in to brash and clean. So many times. Every time I have an issue. I will let the service guy know. But he would never transfer that forward. Then I will have to text David and that take another week or two before maybe it's get taking care off. His guy will never basically check to make sure everything work. Or any leak. Will come. A bit Cleaniny. Some chemicals and run away. The pool lights never work. He never cared. The pool have a leak for months before I notice my water bill is high. The pool system was beeping for months before finally David was able to come take care of it. For months I will seat and watch a movie and the system will keep beeping. Not good service. For 4 months or so I inform David. That one of those things on the ground are cloth I have asked is your guy suppose to clean it ? His answer was yes. I was watching it. 3/4 months after. He still didn't clean it. I have pic to approve. I have sold the house lately. So I am glad I don't have to deal with it. But soon will build a new pool in my new house. I doubt it I will use north Texas pool again. I hid no detail. Well, he came today. First thing was, he didn't know if he could get his equipment into my back yard (never had a problem with anyone else about that). Next, like it was a big freaking surprise, he said the pool was green. (No kidding, Sherlock.) Then he says the pump isn't sufficient for my pool (but gee it worked fine--same model--for three years). Turned around and left. Refused to consider a one time cleaning so I could maintain it myself. Not sure what their issue is, but I have maintained my pools in the past. It is not rocket science. I cannot now because I am almost 70 and disabled. They wasted my time because they knew the situation, came out, saw, and announced they would not help me. So unless your pool is basically perfect and you really don't need much help, maybe keep looking.

His long experience took into consideration a lot of the things that we found with wood and not matching supporting structures. He completely renovated two bathrooms and partially renovated my kitchen. Bathroom seem larger completely functional and absolutely beautiful. Well the quality of the work is very good one of the other things is that every day that he said he would be here he came at the time he said he would come. Professional reliability is extremely important. Every time we found something unusual it was discussed decisions were made as a team with his input as well as mine. Watching him transform these deteriorating bathrooms allowed me to develop a trust in his judgment. We started working on the kitchen and when the paintings all finished I'll post those pictures as well. Because of his many years of experience there weren't any real big overrun surprises when we even when we found some rotted wood etc. Price wise he's a very competitive especially considering the quality and level of experience that he brings to all that he does.
