The quality, attention to detail, expertise, advice and most importantly, delivery of commitments were second to none. Every aspect of the project was delivered on time and as expected. Even after our pool remodel and resurface project was completed, we had a few very small items that popped up and Darren jumped in and took care of things as if it was his biggest project. We had a $10 plug in our pump that broke off during a major freeze. Darren jumped in, called his supplier 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday for the weekend. I was able to run over and pick up the plug and get the pump running again within an hour of calling him. Without this our pool equipment would have frozen over and who knows the mess this would have caused. Darren and his team are worth every penny. Talked to them ten days ago. They were off last week. I hid no detail. Well, he came today. First thing was, he didn't know if he could get his equipment into my back yard (never had a problem with anyone else about that). Next, like it was a big freaking surprise, he said the pool was green. (No kidding, Sherlock.) Then he says the pump isn't sufficient for my pool (but gee it worked fine--same model--for three years). Turned around and left. Refused to consider a one time cleaning so I could maintain it myself. Not sure what their issue is, but I have maintained my pools in the past. It is not rocket science. I cannot now because I am almost 70 and disabled. They wasted my time because they knew the situation, came out, saw, and announced they would not help me. So unless your pool is basically perfect and you really don't need much help, maybe keep looking.

I did not have a good experience with this business. This was my first time using them…read more I called for service and was told they would have someone call me back. No one ever did. I called two more times before I could get someone to respond. They scheduled a time to come out, but did not show up. I called back, they rescheduled and on that day I was waiting all afternoon but they did not show. I called them and they said they were in Sherman, right by us, and that they could come on over. I had a pressure gauge to be installed on my pump. All they had to do was screw it in and look at our light in our pool to see why it was not coming on. They were at my home less than 15 minutes, screwed in the gauge and told me that I would have to upgrade to their $500 light fixture. I then later received a bill for $160.00 in the mail for labor. This has been a very frustrating attempt to establish a pool repair service for our pool. When I called to ask if the $160.00 was correct, they simply said yes and were not very nice about it, acting as if I was bothering them. They do not seem to care about customers or customer service. I would not recommend them.

I am not sure where to begin with how Brothers is just downright awesome. It all started when I…read moremoved to a new house and the bathroom plumbing was just not great so I reached out to a couple of plumbers and Brother Plumber got back to me fastest with a reasonable approach. Well Bobby T. showed up and gave a pretty reasonable flat-rate estimate to replace two faucets and a toilet. We figured the job would take about 1.5 hours, but it seems that just about everything went south from the beginning - not the least of which were a sketchy original install from the early 1970's and a tub drain not connected. Somewhere around 7 hours later Bobby T. knocked out the job and it all works great AND they stuck with the original price quote. Throughout the entire ordeal Bobby T. was fantastic and communicated what was going on, but most importantly finished the job by doing things right the first time. The artistry of the final result was also pretty fantastic and used a bit more copper than was expected. I would DEFINITELY recommend Brother Plumber to anyone for their workmanship and professionalism.
