However, this time the service was terrible and the communication during the time of service was little to none. FOUR times they came out and dumped chemicals in our pool and called it good to swim in when it most definitely was not. Chemicals we were willing to pay for since they were used in our pool. Not only was our pool still dirty, my husband had to help the technicians. We should be charging a $75 cleaning fee for that by their standards. During the time of service it was never communicated to us that the filters of our system needed to be cleaned. It was 4 months after service that we were told it had to do with our filters. NOTHING was told to us during the time of service. If we had been told that we would have done it. Our bill was over $500 for a still dirty pool with debris still in the bottom. With just cleaning fees alone $75 x 4 = $300 which is over half the bill. This is ABSURD. I told them I would pay for all the chemicals and for 1 of the $75 cleaning fees, but not 4 of them. The GENERAL MANAGER has poor customer service and fails to recognize when a customer is unhappy with the services performed. He got an attitude with me about the amount owed for the terrible work done. All aside this company and Don choose to lose a customer over $225 (3 cleaning fees of $75) instead of swallow his pride and help with a solution on how they can do better. Don threatened to take us to court... Don tried to tell me that they came out TWICE the first time to clean our pool yet the total for that service was $125...less than 2 cleaning fees of $75 This company doesn't care about the customer they care about being right and the money. 25% clarity from start to finish. His long experience took into consideration a lot of the things that we found with wood and not matching supporting structures. He completely renovated two bathrooms and partially renovated my kitchen. Bathroom seem larger completely functional and absolutely beautiful. Well the quality of the work is very good one of the other things is that every day that he said he would be here he came at the time he said he would come. Professional reliability is extremely important. Every time we found something unusual it was discussed decisions were made as a team with his input as well as mine. Watching him transform these deteriorating bathrooms allowed me to develop a trust in his judgment. We started working on the kitchen and when the paintings all finished I'll post those pictures as well. Because of his many years of experience there weren't any real big overrun surprises when we even when we found some rotted wood etc. Price wise he's a very competitive especially considering the quality and level of experience that he brings to all that he does.

Talked to them ten days ago. They were off last week. I described exactly what the situation was…read more(leaves, algae, last service burned out the pump then dropped me when I refused to pay them $2400 to install a new one, and refused to help me when I found another way). I hid no detail. Well, he came today. First thing was, he didn't know if he could get his equipment into my back yard (never had a problem with anyone else about that). Next, like it was a big freaking surprise, he said the pool was green. (No kidding, Sherlock.) Then he says the pump isn't sufficient for my pool (but gee it worked fine--same model--for three years). Turned around and left. Refused to consider a one time cleaning so I could maintain it myself. Not sure what their issue is, but I have maintained my pools in the past. It is not rocket science. I cannot now because I am almost 70 and disabled. They wasted my time because they knew the situation, came out, saw, and announced they would not help me. So unless your pool is basically perfect and you really don't need much help, maybe keep looking.

Unfortunately, the quality of their service declined significantly over time. Most recently, they strongly recommended that we replace our pool pump, claiming it could not be repaired. Without offering any real options, they installed a new pump and insisted on taking the old one with them. Thankfully, we asked to keep it--and after showing it to an experienced and trustworthy pool expert, we were told it could have been easily fixed. We feel deeply disappointed and misled, especially after being loyal clients for so long. This experience has left us questioning their honesty and integrity. Please be cautious--loyalty should never be rewarded with deception.

Several calls and many promises later (they kept giving excuses and saying my work order was misplaced) they told me someone would be out (week of Oct 12th) and would call me a day ahead to confirm. They actually saved us $$ though as we ordered the part from Amazon and fixed ourselves. One local business off our list we will not support or recommend.
