It was still there when they had completed the wall is how I knew they didn't install it. Failed to insulate main water line in the attic like I ask. Excuse was it never drops below freezing here. One of the three shower controls doesn't work properly and they couldn't get it fixed. I've had three other plumbers look at it and they couldn't figure out what is wrong either other than it has to be how Five Oak ran the water lines in the walls. Told them I wanted the largest shower door possible. After they installed they said it could have easily been 4" longer. They did fix it but I probably had to pay for it cause we were on time and materials. Final billing included everything including numerous redos that they said they weren't going to charge me for. Since that time I have never heard anything good about this company and what I have heard from many people was all bad.

The crew, Tony and his team, was professional, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves every single day, which we really appreciated during a major flooring project. A special thank you to Sam Nolley. He was extremely knowledgeable about flooring and patiently helped us sort through the different options until we found the flooring that was best for our home and our needs. There was never any pressure to choose the most expensive option. My only wish is that they did more than flooring! After this experience, I would trust this company with projects big or small.
