The guys showed up right on time to measure and then the door was ready by end of next week. They came out to install, again, right on time, removed the old door, and installed new one in about 1 1/2 hour at most. The new door is beautiful and so functional. Recommended a structural engineer come out and do an inspection. Insurance company had me use one of their "preferred vendors" come out and do the inspection. Liz and Sergio came to the house while inspection was being done. They were correct and my home did have structural damage. They worked with insurance company's adjuster and came up with a supplement. Construction contract had been signed and they will begin work shortly. Started them off on a major remodeling. I have nothing good to say about them. Ex: failed to put…read moreinsulation in an exterior wall, when the roll of insulation was sitting right next to the wall. It was still there when they had completed the wall is how I knew they didn't install it. Failed to insulate main water line in the attic like I ask. Excuse was it never drops below freezing here. One of the three shower controls doesn't work properly and they couldn't get it fixed. I've had three other plumbers look at it and they couldn't figure out what is wrong either other than it has to be how Five Oak ran the water lines in the walls. Told them I wanted the largest shower door possible. After they installed they said it could have easily been 4" longer. They did fix it but I probably had to pay for it cause we were on time and materials. Final billing included everything including numerous redos that they said they weren't going to charge me for. Since that time I have never heard anything good about this company and what I have heard from many people was all bad.
