The company name is deceiving, Grand Windows offers a myrid of services one of which is decorating design and execution. Caron's availability to very talented artisans and vendors who execute her design are so polite, friendly and helpful you really feel a comfort level as the redesign of your living space unfolds before your very eyes. Another benefit of Grand Window is Caron's ability to line up the job and make sure her subcontractors stay on schedule. So far we have completed our kitchen and one bathroom and we are so pleased with the results. Caron listened to my husband and myself and offered suggestion, but her focus was to give us the rooms that reflected us, and that we could be proud of. Soon we will undertake the remodel of our Master Bath, and I am going into this project with the knowledge that it will be done right and we will be proud of the final product.

I find it very hard to believe the previous review claim that this company could not fix her problem.... I receive compliments on our office decor almost daily. The time line was met, the quality of fabric and workmanship was outstanding and Caron is an absolute delight to work with. I had so many pieces on both projects and honestly every single one was exceptional. I highly recommend them and our office is featured all over their website gallery so you can the pictures.

I was very pleased with the workmanship as well as the attention to detail and great ideas he had to tweak things and makeIt more than just your basic changing out tile granite cabinets etc. but actually updating the space and making it more functional. I recently hired him and his team again to remodel my entire downstairs which I will post pictures of us soon as I have all the Decour back in place. Attached are some photos of our new master bath.

The others were very gimmicky, they took over an hour to give me a quote and try and sell me stuff I didn't need. They moved the furniture, did the demo, completed three rooms, moved everything back and was all done in one day!

We are multiple projects in with Dream Builders & Renovations. We are indebted to Shane, Tanya, and…read morethe entire team for what they were able to do to our home in extending the life and increasing the functionality of our home. The transformation of our home both inside and outside is unbelievable. We are thankful not just for the care of service but for how they accommodated the reality of the life circumstances that were present at the time as well. Even lending support in various ways. So needless to say, Shane is more friend than contractor to our family. It was truly the best decision we could've made in having Dream Builders & Renovations increase the potential of our home but keep the essence of what made us love it in the first place. We will use Dream Builders & Renovations again in the future, of that I have no doubt.

Al Heathcock has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We employed Century Builders for an…read moreextensive whole-house interior remodel, which involved removing some walls and reconfiguring the layout of the bathrooms and kitchen, in addition to the usual new cabinets, countertops, and fixtures. In fact, both bathrooms and the kitchen were stripped down to the studs. We even had him repair some extensive plumbing issues that required digging up concrete in both bathrooms. They also added a skylight, canned lights throughout the house, resurfaced our fireplace, replaced all the flooring with hardwood and tile, added a linen closet, crown molding, replaced doors, blew in insulation, repaired texture on walls, and other items too lengthy to list here. Because of the scope of the project and the fact that we had to move our family and animals out during the remodel, we were pretty nervous about hiring an unknown contractor just based on reviews. We interviewed several other contractors and even though they also had good reviews, we didn't feel completely at ease with them. Ultimately, after meeting with Al a second time, we really felt that he exhibited professionalism, honesty, and a sincere desire to listen to us, so we decided to turn the full project over to him. We are certainly glad we followed this impression. The house is beautiful, and we were continually impressed with Al's workmanship and willingness to point out to us items he had caught that needed attention. Overall, we stuck fairly closely to the allowances in our bid, but we did end up adding a few additional items, which raised the cost somewhat. There were times when digging up the concrete or removing a wall would reveal more problems to be fixed. We felt that we were charged fairly for these additional costs, and Al was very good at anticipating extra cost that might appear and warning us beforehand if possible. Remodeling is by nature a stressful process, but our contractor, thankfully, was a solution to our stress and not the cause. Even though we tried to visit the house daily, it was good to be able to trust that the work would be done well, and that if any problems were noticed, that Al would make sure they were taken care of quickly. My husband works in the construction industry and has considerable experience with many aspects of construction, and he came to trust and respect Al and his workers. We both highly recommend Century Builders and we will continue to do so when friends or family need a contractor.

I've lived in my house since 2014. My husband and I wanted to update our master bathroom so we had…read moreGulf Coast Builders redo everything -- shower, floors, vanity, toilet, paint. There was nothing wrong with our bathroom before, it was just outdated. They did a decent job, but now we're noticing mold growing all over the cabinets. We've never had a mold problem before. Mold is growing under the sink, in the drawers, it's especially growing on the pieces of wood where it's been cut and the edges are rough. We told Mark about it, he came out and said maybe the cabinets are sealing too well so he put cushions on the cabinet doors and drawers. He also re caulked the sinks, and put on wall penetration covers. He took moisture readings behind the vanity and said it was saturated with water and proceeded to cut a huge hole in our hallway. Upon inspecting all the pipes, there was no sign of any leaks. We didn't do anything different in the bathroom, but there I was having to scrub mold off my new bathroom cabinets. The only thing that has changed in the last 7 years of having this house is the new bathroom cabinets that we had Gulf Coast Builders build and install, and now there is mold. Now Mark wants $350 for repairing the hole he cut in my wall. We didn't ask him to cut the hole in the wall, and he didn't tell us beforehand that he was going to charge us $350 to repair. Now he's not responding to us since we told him we shouldn't have to pay for the wall damage he created. We've called and texted him and no reply. Attached are all my moldy pictures and the big hole in my wall. I wouldn't recommend this company.
