Harrison Construction & Remodel completely redid our home in two phases which helped us cope with…read moresuch a big undertaking. They first redid all of the exterior with hardy plank, new windows, doors, paint, landscaping. That was for the house and detached garage. Then they tackled the first floor with all new wood flooring, a rearranged and totally new kitchen, new cabinets, fixtures, lighting, floors (tile), paint. The rest of the downstairs was given new paint, floors, shutters, moldings, electrical upgrades and lighting. New look in the 1/2 bath. We explained to them what we would like to see done and the result went way over what we expected or hoped. We were thrilled. Phase 2 was the upstairs, especially the Master Bed and Bath. New carpet upstairs, new electrical fixtures and lighting, new molding in all the rooms and hall bathroom with new fixtures brought the whole upstairs into a great look and super function. All of the closets were reworked to make them much more organized. But the Master bedroom's builtin cabinets were more than I had requested! The design by the owner was spot on and much more than I had even thought could be done. The Master bath is so beautiful with the new layout, new tile work, new light fixtures, new cabinets and new concepts - down to a toe tester in the walk-in shower. We had thought we would downsize or remodel after retirement. I am so thankful that we finally decided to remodel! We had never encountered a company so eager to showcase its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility! The showroom displays catered to various room upgrades, were diverse, and visually stunning. Throughout the design phase, we had an exceptional experience with Chris K., our designer. He possessed an artistic flair, humility, and a customer-centric approach, never exerting pressure on us. His keen eye for space and attention to detail resulted in designs that not only met our requirements but also exuded aesthetic appeal. Working with Chris was a delightful experience! These issues caused the project to drag on for over a month, making it somewhat inconvenient to put all the items back in their rightful places. Despite these setbacks, the company's exemplary handling of the matter and their engagement with us were truly commendable. They helped mitigate the inconvenience and ensured that we were satisfied with the overall project. We would like to personally acknowledge each team member for their exceptional work. Kameha at the front desk, Chris K. the designer, Brian the design manager, Wendy and Angela who diligently coordinated the installation and communicated with everyone involved, Daniel the installation manager, and the most important people, the installation crews: The Three Jesus': Jesus Hernandez, Jesus Cruz, and Jesus Marquez; Pedro; Yiovanni; Abraham; and Joseph. They were all very detail-oriented, meticulous, courteous, and experts in their craft. Do not even try to order extra parts after the sell as you will be forced to work thru said front desk girls who do not provide the proper information and will waste your time then will act like it's your fault and behave as thou they did nothing wrong. All this for pressed cardboard. Shop elsewhere. Not worth it. Never again! Update: The company is Space Manager on W. Little York (formerly Space Man off of TC Jester). As you can see the company is acting as thou I am confused over the company in which I had this experience. I am 100% confident that this is the correct company and their response is a way of avoiding accountably. I am also 100% done with them and will not be reaching out to them as requested as I am no longer in need of their services but I do wish to share my experience as it may be helpful to others.
