We have multiple Matter devices connected to our smart home system, so knew that it was a pretty simple setup. Well, the shades don't connect via Matter to Home Assistant and they don't connect to Apple Home. Nobody could answer any questions or knew the first thing about the system (not the salesperson, not the installer, not customer service). And get this, they won't let the consumer talk to technical support to resolve any issues. Issues are relayed via the untrained installer or the customer service rep on the phone to technical support - doesn't work. The "troubleshooting installer" just left and said "It's new. Maybe it will get resolved with a future update." Infuriating!
