Shockingly, they were only held on with double-sided tape, rather than the proper metal brackets the manufacturer said should've been used from the start. These were expensive blinds. Bill came and explained all the different types and helped us narrow it down the ones we liked. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He always came on time and kept us posted on the delivery of the blinds. Even though we ordered the shades right before thanksgiving, we were able to get them installed fairly quickly. We expected a lot from this company due their reviews and they definitely delivered. Bill helped us from the very beginning from choosing the right shades to the installation. As you can see from the photo below, he ensured the gaps between the shade and window edges are very narrow so that there is very minimal light entering the room. Their price was also very competitive and their shades are high quality. I would recommend this company to Anyone who'd like to install any blinds or shades.
