Let me start by saying that there are beautiful things in this store. The sales associates are…read morepolite, insightful, and kind. The only downside is price. Not, I can't afford their things price, more of a "why pay more here" thing. We were ready to purchase about 6 items from her store but it was the first store we visited. We found the same luna Bella tripod lamp for 800 less at two stores (one store in Conroe the other in rice village). We found the pictures we liked at a store in the heights for 800 less each, we needed two of them and that's 1,600 dollars. We found the mirrors we liked in Conroe for 400 less each and we needed two. If they had been close on price we would have went back just because the customer service was so good, but they weren't. I don't mind paying a little extra to help a small business but had we purchased the six exact same items in this store we would have paid at least 3,500 more. Again, I want to be clear.. the store is a sight for sore eyes, and the associates are wonderful. But price keeps me from giving the store 5*. All stores were in high rent areas, so I can't say "well they have to cover the rent".

She has many design packages that I could customize to how much time I needed to have her consulting services. She helped me to select color schemes and design for the window coverings. She coordinated the painting of the front room and dining room. She coordinated everything from installation to final walk through. I love how it all looks, my house looks fabulous! Because I trusted her completely and saw what she already did, we were in the middle of re-designing my daughter's bedroom and decided to consult with her on the project.
