Walked in and a man who I guess worked there came out from the back to help (he just didn't fit the appearance of a baker to me, but no judgement). I then looked at the case to the right of the register and asked what some of the items were, even said,"is that jello?" Absolute silence. No response. At that point I just paid and didn't bother to get anything else. It just felt awkward. We took our chances and ate the donuts. They were good. Service- meh.
