When I came in, it was extremely clean and the menu was endless. It took me a bit to figure out what I wanted, but there are so many options. For those that are afraid of eating protein, bowls, or protein shakes because they don't want it to taste like powder do not worry! You cannot tell even in the slightest that it's a protein shake. The bowls are amazing and they have other options like immunity shots. I would suggest walking in to see what they have! As far as my drink goes, I got the vanilla café latte protein shake With salted caramel drizzle and dark chocolate drizzle. And it was just like a Starbucks Frappuccino I promise you I am not over exaggerating. It's a large shake and very good if you have a sweet tooth and want a good tasting shake. I also got a kids Shake! Half the protein (15grams) but I think it's awesome they have something for everyone. They just opened up last Friday so they are super new but the service is amazing and the lady that helped me pick something out and was so nice and open to explaining what her protein powders include and what she's doing. She was super honest about ingredients. Please please try it out!

The owner, Colin, happened to be there and he was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained different options clearly, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find what works best for them. On top of that, he even gave me a free shaker bottle with my protein, which was such a nice surprise. They also offer body scans, which I find really helpful for tracking progress and staying accountable. It's such a great added service that you don't always get at big chain stores.
