The last time I was in that area visiting a family member, we took the kids out to ride their dirt bikes. While riding on what we understood to be a public dirt road, an older man and woman came out of their house yelling at the kids, telling them to get off the road. They were especially upset about the kids riding over a speed bump--which appears to have been illegally installed by them on that public road.
If they want a private or strictly controlled space, they should consider relocating their so-called shop to a proper commercial location instead of operating out of their house. It's not appropriate to harass children for riding in an open area--especially when they don't own the road and it's public property.
