T S L has it all, all the gear, all seasons knowledgeable, ski shop tunes and repairs, and demonstrates passion and care about it all, especially dialed into consistent and engaging Customer Service. Mind you I did go right after Christmas so possibly that's the reason but I did end up getting a phenomenal cow print faux fur jacket that stretches from shoulders to toes and my friend also got one too. He got a kick trainer for his birthday and it broke on the first day. The salesman that was sorta hovering and eavesdropping - popped out when we discussed the kick trainer and said "We don't have much soccer stuff. All there is are soccer balls." Then, to my shock, he recommended the competitor in town. Weird. So we went to the soccer section and whaddya know, kick trainer is there (along with many other options for a soccer kid). Before we found it another sales associate came over and said that there is "nothing really for soccer. We are out of shin guards and there's only a few balls. While he discouraged us from looking - I found it!! Wow. The inventory was pretty light, but not as light as the associates thought it was I guess. We asked about a couple of other things (I know what you are thinking - WHY?) in hopes that we would save time without searching. Sales Associate #1 told us they "haven't had live bait in months. I can't even remember the last time we did." Again, he recommended Sportsman's Warehouse. The only reason we would come back here is that they are priced below many other places. He did get most of what we came for - but not because of the employees. We'd have bought everything elsewhere if we had listened to them. Not a huge deal but hygiene was a definite challenge for Associate #1 as well. It was off putting when he smiled.

You can be first in line when the lifts open! There were several families there, but service was fast and efficient, and we were on our way in no time. The equipment was in decent shape. They have full Rossi rental packages. The boots were comfortable if not a little basic. The skis were in good condition. Everything looked fairly new. The poles were a little cheap, but who cares--they're just sticks right? We also got a demo package. Nicer Rossi boots plus Atomic skis. The previous week I tried the premium Rossi skis somewhere else, but these Atomics were hot. After I returned them, he offered to sell me a new pair that were on sale. Not this time, but I was tempted. The staff was friendly and knowledgable, without being overbearing or know it all. The were fast too. They sped us through our paperwork, we paid up front, and returned our stuff by 5:30 day of. Great experience overall!

We are very loyal customers. Quality/Quantity - Here for the Wax and Watch event DIG. My first time and what an amazing event. Fundraising for so many nonprofits, see pictures. Also sponsored by Fifty Fifty Brewing Co; I had a few too many beers, too good of a time. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space. You can either sell Patagonia your used clothes or trade them in so they can fix it. I believe that reusing is better than recycling. Furthermore, they give you credit ranging from $15 to $150.
