Bob was super cool, and it is very comforting to know that this shop knows Minis. It doesn't hurt that they are right across the street from my house and I have only heard good things. Turns out I needed to replace some spark plugs and I decided to replace the ignition coils while we were at it. So glad I did since my car runs fantastically now - I can tell a huge difference from even driving it a year ago. Super smooth. Thank you guys! Will be back, just not too soon hopefully.

There was zero reason to have it that long, and there were no updates from these guys, I had to call every day, multiple times per day. I kept being told they would give me a call back, which never happened. They ordered a part for me and it got sent to the wrong store, because they have 3 names: Milex, Mr. transmission, and also Protech. Too much room for confusion, too much miscommunication. I would never take my car there again, and the owner (Bob) needs to retire and stop being creepy toward women. He's made multiple remarks about my mother that are extremely uncomfortable and creepy as hell.

I decided to have it done anyways. Their pricing for my repair, and oil change was very acceptable! There was no run around. Just cut and dry which I appreciated very much. The staff was welcoming and made you feel like a friend! Daryl (the owner) is someone I felt in my heart was an honest wholesome man. And the technician (i believe his name was Dan) was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on a single thing. When I picked up my vehicle I was slightly nervous because we all know there's always some sort of bad news you hear after work is done. "This needs replaced asap, thats broken and will break down if not replaced soon" and quotes are prepared before you even show up. NONE of that occurred. I wasnt targeted to be upsold on a single thing. I didn't get the typical lecture of needing to spend hundreds of dollars in the near future. Dan told me everything checked out well, ran my payment and they both wished me a great evening! I came home and told my boyfriend if he ever needs work done he doesn't want to do, to take it there. I had the most pleasant experience and I cant thank the staff enough for making me feel like I was leaving my vehicle in great hands! I will be coming back!

They said I needed a new clutch and flywheel, and quoted $3,600, and wanted me to purchase the parts before schudling the service. Luckily I spent time asking other shops around town for quotes on this type of repair. Rene came back with the lowest quote by far. When I scheduled the repair, he did not ever request for me to prepurchase anything. I braced myself when Rene called me on the day of the repair. But to my surpise he said "we don't see anything wrong with this clutch". He test drove it, had another team member test drive it, and determined that any repair was unnecessary.
