They took me in immediately, and also let me know my sticker was just past due for an oil change but made it very clear they were not pressuring me to do while there, was just bringing it to my attention. I decided to have it done anyways. Their pricing for my repair, and oil change was very acceptable! There was no run around. Just cut and dry which I appreciated very much. The staff was welcoming and made you feel like a friend! Daryl (the owner) is someone I felt in my heart was an honest wholesome man. And the technician (i believe his name was Dan) was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on a single thing. When I picked up my vehicle I was slightly nervous because we all know there's always some sort of bad news you hear after work is done. "This needs replaced asap, thats broken and will break down if not replaced soon" and quotes are prepared before you even show up. NONE of that occurred. I wasnt targeted to be upsold on a single thing. I didn't get the typical lecture of needing to spend hundreds of dollars in the near future. Dan told me everything checked out well, ran my payment and they both wished me a great evening! I came home and told my boyfriend if he ever needs work done he doesn't want to do, to take it there. I had the most pleasant experience and I cant thank the staff enough for making me feel like I was leaving my vehicle in great hands! I will be coming back!

Molalla Auto Repair is a small shop with good service, good prices and good people. Honesty on what they are capable of doing and what is not in their wheel house was also greatly appreciated. Darryl was an absolute pleasure to speak with and very helpful in guiding me to the places I needed for additional service. I would recommend them to anyone.

So when the check engine light came on and the motor started some serious missing, I went on the hunt for someone to not only look at and diagnose it but who would also be able to repair it; a challenge not to be undertaken by the faint of heart because it's definitely a chore that would require many phone calls & visits to local mechanics, and one I wasn't looking forward to. Enter Dan at 2000 Auto Repair. Recommended by a local tire repair place (Erickson's), Dan agreed to take on the project of trying to figure out what was wrong with the Monty. I took the vehicle out to his shop about 5 miles from Molalla and dropped it off. Not only was he fair and easy to work with, he described everything he found and what he was going to need in order to fix it. Parts were a challenge for him to find but once they arrived, Dan was able to get the Monty back up and running in short order. It's now been a few weeks since said repair and the vehicle is still purring along like a champ/ Thank you, Dan. I appreciate your attention to detail and your willingness to communicate with me every step of the way.

I brought my Blazer to 2000 Auto Repair because a friend recommended them. The guys were friendly, honest, and straight to the point. Being a woman, I finally didn't feel like I had to worry about being taken advantage of. I ended up having an intake manifold leak which they repaired for me at a much lower price than the same shop that installed my radiator quoted me. My truck was done when they said it would be. Overall, I FINALLY had a positive experience with an automotive repair shop. I highly recommend this family owned and operated shop. Thanks Dan and Trevor for the great service!

I was just in the other day (Nov 2023) to buy new tires. Canby is a small town so it's important to take care of the locals - people who support your small business! Quality is less than stellar. Value - very high prices compared to other local tire stores... but there's more! From the moment I rolled into Point S Tire Store, the service was deflating. I was greeted not with a smile, but with a frown that seemed to foreshadow the bumpy ride ahead. I came in hopeful, ready to equip my car with the best tires for the season. Instead, I was presented with a set that was as mismatched to my car as a square peg to a round hole. The staff, while not outright rude, had an air of disinterest that could chill the rubber on a hot summer day. Their expertise seemed to be running on empty, as they assured me the tires were a perfect fit. NO! I know what tires are supposed to be on my car and they did not sell the correct tires. This can be a deadly mistake. And the prices? Sky-high. I expected premium service and products for the premium cost, but what I received was a premium headache. It's clear that Point S Tire Store needs to pump up their customer service, realign their expertise, and deflate their prices to stand a chance at a better review in the future. In a market that's rolling with options, Point S Tire Store unfortunately falls flat. I cannot recommend them, and I'll be steering clear in the future. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. I can't recommend this business any more. Time to find a new
