Today (Tuesday afternoon) we went over after calling them and finding nothing had been done and were told to come get it as they were 2 weeks out (yes, they had told us this, but thought maybe with having the vehicle 5 days and knowing it was needed to make a living he would maybe spend a bit at least diagnosing the issue). To purchase a new set Les wanted $1200. I found some tires at Tire Rack with a longer tread warranty for $650. I ordered them and had them mounted and balanced at Erickson. Great service - they did it while I waited without an appointment. Later that day I had a flat on another car. Took it over to Erickson and they again took care of it on the spot. Yesterday I had them put brakes on my work car. Cost less than a 1/3 of what the local dealer quoted. Plan on getting all my maintenance done here from now on.
